Upon checking in, the front desk person advised me that she “could not promise me a quiet night, as there was a soccer team inhouse”, is that even something the front desk staff should be saying to someone? The mattress was horribly old and uncomfortable. The mini fridge apparently was not working as the milk that I placed in it overnight, was warm the next day. The outside rug??, please refer to the pics…should I say it was time for an upgrade like five years ago? I wont be staying here again.

The staff was unwelcoming and not helpful at all — far from the hospitality I expected from Hilton. The breakfast area was freezing every single morning, making it uncomfortable to sit and eat. The fitness room was poorly maintained — one treadmill was dangerously skipping while running, and the other made loud noises as if it hadn’t been serviced in a long time. I almost slipped using the treadmill, which felt unsafe. Overall, the staff and management seemed inattentive and unprofessional. Definitely not the level of service or care you would expect from a Hilton property.
