We are less than 30 miles from downtown Atlanta.

    Stayed here in December 2025, and it was a huge disappointment. This was the third time I’ve stayed here. The first two times were great. I’m not sure what’s happening to this Hilton. We had to call every day to get clean towels. We had to call every day to get coffee cups and regular coffee. Also, the fourth floor hallway was filthy our entire stay. It never was vacuumed once. We saw the same pieces of paper on the floor all weekend!!! And something was off with our shower drain. It was so noisy. There were broken faceplates on outlets in the room. Unlikely to stay here again

    Not the best place to stay. No hand soap in bathroom, when asked at counter “we are all out and it will be coming on a truck in the future”. used shower gel from shower for 3 days until truck delivered the bars of soap. Not overly clean room, carpet stains, furniture pretty beat up, small bugs in several areas of bathroom. Heater extremely loud, had to turn off to talk on phone and bathroom toilet had to jiggle handle to keep from running water. Cleaning on request only and every other day they will then come to clean. At checkout was asked how my stay was, I said only fair and that was end of her questions/conversation at checkout, other than she stated ‘nice weather today’.

    Terrible service, unfortunately. Booked a room with 2 beds, clearly on the reservation and undeniable. When we got there they didn’t have it , and they gave us a room with one bed, even though we had 4 people. Then they tried to correct it, and gave us a new room. When we got up there, the key didn’t work. When we called down to the front desk to let them know, someone came up and let us in. When we opened the door, there was someone already in the room sitting on the bed! They finally got us a room that worked, but they acted so awful. We were kind, but they act annoyed at helping us. Won’t stay here again, and you shouldn’t either.

    The hotel itself is really nice and very well kept. My reason for 5 stars is based off the service of Nirmal and Lailoni. Nirmal went out of his way to ensure I had a glass of wine that I would love. Laylani made sure I didnt freeze in the lobby by bringing out a space heater since management doesn't have the heat running and its 42 degrees outside. My husband and I travel often and stay at numerous hotels around the U.S. and I will say this was one of our best bar experiences thanks to Nirmal and Lailoni.

    I checked in with my family on the night before thanksgiving, we noticed that a bug was on our dresser. I called down to the front desk for assistance as the bug was gross and looked like a roach. The front desk assistant Pierre was extremely rude and told me that I brought the bug with me. I called back for assistance and Pierre would not answer the phone. I called corporate and they connected me with Pierre that was rude again and offered no help. I hope there isn’t bed bugs or other tenants we are unaware of yet. This has been a bad experience so far. #hiltondoesntcare #bedbugs#roach#hotel #bugs
