We were staying at this hotel for a family event. The hospitality room provided for the family was lovely. The only issues we had were with the shower pressure-which was non-existent. We had trouble rinsing the shampoo out of our hair! due to the poor water pressure. Additionally, the pillows were a little on the hard side for my liking.

Where do I even start?
The staff working there were fine. The service was not bad, nor exceptional either. The ONLY good thing about this experience.
Before I get into this review, I must give Full disclosure, I did not pay for this trip, It was a business trip.
THANK GOD I was not on the hook for this room. If I had, I would have demanded a refund/chargeback.
The building is OBVIOUSLY shitty new construction, and rushed/careless construction at that. There was active maintenance in the lobby, faux cow hide chairs that were coming apart in the lobby, and a colleague apparently found a half eaten sandwich in the corner of their room when they checked in.
See Attached videos for my
Maintenance Guy nearly walks into my room at 11pm, thank goodness there was a safety latch to stop him from coming in fully, only to tell his colleague that the room is already occupied, and they had no clue I was supposed to be in the room. They apparently had double booked the room, and failed to check if there was anyone renting it before walking in at 11 at night 😑🙄😒🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
The room key stopped working TWICE in 2 days. They had to bring me a new badge key TWICE across two days to get into my room that I was able to enter the hour before.
Pardon my language, but HOLY HELL. I literally had to go get a mattress topper from the Walmart nearby to be able to sleep. It felt like it was made of bricks and cardboard. No support at ALL, you sit down, and it is instantly box spring. Just fully depressed into the box spring.
Then the TV showed room 335… I was in 719… what? HOW?
Only found the last issue of at the end, the Wall that has for plugging in phones also came loose from unplugging the phone 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
Then the safety issue is the exposed outlet in the bathroom which is a shock risk

After an uncomfortable experience at the Westin Duluth, our stay at the Hilton Alpharetta has been an absolute breath of fresh air. From the moment we arrived, the staff has gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
John and Mohammed at the front desk are always friendly and accommodating, they truly setting the tone for great hospitality.
The Executive Lounge staff is wonderful as well personable, always smiling, and in great spirits. The executive lounge also has rooftop patio which is great for taking work calls or just relaxing.
The bartenders, Haley and Nirmal, make excellent drinks and create a fun, relaxing atmosphere. If you're in the area I would suggest to stop by for a drink.
The Hearth restaurant has also been fantastic, with delicious and reasonably priced food and a variety of great options to choose from.
We’re traveling with both our pet and an elderly parent and the kindness and care shown by the staff have made her feel so comfortable too. Overall, this hotel has exceeded our expectations in every way, we’ll definitely be returning!
