Next time we are in the area we will rebook with this hotel. The Hilton brand is solid, unfortunately other Hotel brands like Wyndham or Marriott are hit or miss these days. This particular hotel plus the Hilton backing is a win win in our book. Very quiet surroundings and very comfy bed and pillows. The free breakfast was fantastic and changed day to day. This property also offers free WiFi and free ample parking.
- DDDréNov 23, 20251.0I stayed at this hotel and had a terrible experience. The first night I found a roach crawling near the fridge, and the next morning another was crawling across the wall. I threw away all of my food because I had no idea what could have gotten into it. I requested a room change. When I moved to the second room, I pulled the sheets back and found hair in the bed. It took over 5 hours for staff to change the sheets after I asked. The following morning, I woke up to bugs crawling on the walls again. I did receive a refund, but I expected better, especially from a Hilton property. I’m not from the area, I was paying for a clean and safe stay, and instead I was dealing with roaches, dirty rooms, and waiting hours for basic service. Very disappointing, and as a time-share member I expected a much higher standard.
