    I stayed at this hotel and had a terrible experience. The first night I found a roach crawling near the fridge, and the next morning another was crawling across the wall. I threw away all of my food because I had no idea what could have gotten into it. I requested a room change. When I moved to the second room, I pulled the sheets back and found hair in the bed. It took over 5 hours for staff to change the sheets after I asked. The following morning, I woke up to bugs crawling on the walls again. I did receive a refund, but I expected better, especially from a Hilton property. I’m not from the area, I was paying for a clean and safe stay, and instead I was dealing with roaches, dirty rooms, and waiting hours for basic service. Very disappointing, and as a time-share member I expected a much higher standard.

    I comfortably enjoyed my stay here. The staff is really friendly and they seem to genuinely care about making your experience pleasant. It's also in a great location. I would return when visiting Roswell/Alpharetta.

    I had the pleasure of meeting Jessica Mathis, the General Manager at the Hampton Inn & Suites Alpharetta/Roswell on Westside Way, for a business-to-business meeting and tour — and I was beyond impressed! The hotel is stunning, modern, and extremely well kept. The outdoor event space was such a pleasant surprise — a beautiful and versatile area tucked right in the heart of Alpharetta. Their large conference room is also ideal for corporate meetings and local business events. Jessica was wonderful — warm, professional, and truly passionate about creating an exceptional experience for every guest. I’m so impressed that I plan to recommend this hotel to my team for our upcoming quarterly business meetings. If you’re visiting Alpharetta or Roswell, GA, or if you’re a local looking for a meeting or event venue, definitely check out this Hampton Inn & Suites. You’ll be glad you did!

    I wish I could give this hotel a million stars for great customer service!! Best hotel hands down! I've been coming this hotel for the last 3 years and everytime i stayed the staff is always amazing & friendly. Dee is wonderful she always smiling and waiting to help the guest. Juan is super sweet he makes you feel like you been knowing him for years, keep up the good work young man. The manager London does a great job with making sure guests are well taking care of. Just a great staff!! I do recommend this hotel you will have a great stay 😊.

    My stay at the Hampton Inn was wonderful. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The staff are wonderful. Anything that I needed, they were on top of it. I recommend this place 100%. Thanks again for everything.
