  The staff was friendly and very helpful. They made me feel very special on my birthday weekend. I was presented with a special token for my birthday from Jessica. Juan and Jessica gave excellent hospitality. They help us find great eating spots and tourist attractions. I will definitely come back. Thank you for everything ❤️

  This hotel doesn’t even deserve 1 star.First off when I walked in the building the girl at the front desk really didn’t speak.I was planning on checking in from my phone but the digital key never popped up so had to check into the front desk since it kept saying my room was being prepared.I should of known right then this hotel wouldn’t have it together.The first room I checked into smelt like piss i immediately walked out.The second room smelt funny too and the floors were sticky so disgusting.I am so disappointed in Hilton.Deep cleaning is definitely needed!!!!Came in town to celebrate Valentines and my wedding anniversary and yall ruined it.i might need to change over to a Marriott member.

  The main reason im leaving 5 stars is the service. We have a 4 year old and the hotel employees were not only friendly but they went out of their way to interact with our son and even gave him little gifts and helped him get his cereal in the morning. Not just one, but 3 employees were exceptional. Room was very clean and supplied. Breakfast was better than expected with omlettes and waffles and lots more. Price was reasonable.

  I haven’t stayed in a hotel this filthy in a while. My first room had two roaches running around. I then had to move rooms and the second room had a dead bug in the carpet, dirt and food crumbs on the floors, the heater in the bedroom did not work, glass closet door off track, and even the TV was blue. As a diamond member, I stay in many Hiltons across the country and I expect better. The filth is unacceptable and it looks like the cleaning crew only changes the linen in rooms. I only finished my visit due to my colleague staying there needing transportation but I can’t see myself returning. Management, please inform housekeeping about room 103 and 211.
