This young lady has made me & my daughter stay at this hotel comfortable and Jaida makes me feel safe at this hotel. Jada is amazing please look into promoting her for a higher position. Latia is super nice! She's very respectful and made sure I had everything I need when checking in the hotel. My daughter is sick and Latia went out her way to make sure everything was OK with my daughter!! I love this staff & hotel!! If you are looking for a great hotel, don't look any further Hampton Inn Alpharetta is the place to stay!! I wish I could give this hotel at least 100 stars 🌟

I recently stayed at this property under the circumstances im in, me working in this area for some months, anyways I recently stayed here on the first floor. Jaida assisted me the best way possible! she worked the desk and welcomed me and family with comfort. I absolutely loved our room, our sheets were cleaned. However the only bad thing I ran into.another employee informed me who was the GM , as i noticed the GM she had the nastiest look and mug on her face, walking in the door of the hotel with an attitude. Not very nice, she probably does not need to be in the hospitality field! I believe the hotel was under inspection as I was talking to the maintenance guy, also over heard the inspector stating that this hotel is not the same, me being in the hospitality field as a old former GM, maybe this hotel needs a new general manager , other than that I absolutely loved jaida! She kept contact with us the whole time our stay! She actually tries and willing to make the guest comfortable, and made sure my stay was perfect!

Me and my husband stayed in a suite and absolutely loved it! Jaida handled our situations quickly and fast!
