    Love this place. Wife and I have stayed here twice due to its proximity to Avalon yet how quiet it is. The price is unbeatable. Jenna tended to us when we arrived, and she was first class. We’ll be back eventually as it’s the best bang for the buck in the area.

    Me and my husband had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is incredibly convenient—close to everything you might need, whether you're here for business or leisure. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. When a winter storm prevented us from arriving on our original date—they kindly allowed us to move our reservation to the following weekend without any hassle. That level of understanding and flexibility meant a lot to us. The room itself was very comfortable. Breakfast was also a highlight—plenty of tasty options to start the day right.

    Great location room was clean however there was a lot of ladybugs in our room. One thing I didn't like was you had to pay for parking. In Atlanta yea I can understand but here makes no sense to pay $12 for parking.

    I had a really positive experience at EVEN Hotel Alpharetta – Avalon Area. There was an unexpected issue with my reservation payment not showing up on the hotel’s system when I arrived, But the female manager on duty and the male front desk staff were incredibly kind and patient. They took the time to help us sort it out and even allowed an early check-in while things were being resolved, which we really appreciated. The hotel is clean, modern, and well maintained, and the room felt new and comfortable. It was a bit on the smaller side and didn’t have a microwave, but that wasn’t a big issue for us. What stood out the most was the genuinely helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

    I had a reservation at this hotel and called ahead to adjust my stay due to severe weather conditions. Instead of any understanding or flexibility, I was told I would lose my room all together because they were over booked!!! What made the situation worse was the manager’s attitude (Rachel), the sales manager at this location was sensitive and took our conversation personal. She spoke to me in a very condescending way and was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. There was no effort to listen, explain options, or show basic courtesy—just an abrupt and RUDE tone throughout the call. Customer service should not feel like an inconvenience to staff, especially when guests are dealing with circumstances outside of their control like weather. I understand policies, but how they are communicated matters. This interaction alone has made me seriously reconsider staying here. Hospitality is about service, and unfortunately, this experience showed a complete lack of it. I hope ownership or upper management addresses this, because no guest should be treated this way. I am now having to wait to hear from the regional manager, Alicia, which I am in doubt if that will ever happen because when I asked Rachel, did she have my number to pass along to Alicia?! She said yes, when I asked her to repeat my number she called out an “1-800” number which she knew was not my phone number and this speaks to her (Rachel) character. Unacceptable!!!!!
