- DTDan TedescoDec 31, 20252.0I took a chance and stayed at this hotel instead of my normal IHG Hotel at John’s Creek Georgia. I was gravely disappointed right from the start when I realized you have to pay to Park. What a money grab that was. Then the refrigerator wasn’t working and continue to be a problem throughout this day. Additionally, you have to pay for breakfast here which was a buffet that we could not eat and cost $20 for myself and a nine-year-old. It has a very small trashcan, which is inconsequential but worth saying. While the staff was extremely nice nothing that I complained about was rectified. I kept the receipt for the food that went bad in the refrigerator, but was never offered a refund for that or the buffet we couldn’t eat. I should have stayed in the hotel at John’s Creek. I won’t be back to this hotel again. Very disappointing. One more thing. I was told three times that the manager would get in touch with me to help handle the situation and no one ever contacted me. I even gave them a chance to rectify it as I would stay one more night believe it or not but as far as I’m concerned being in management myself, you should take care of the customer, not be silent when they’re unhappy.

I dont think people make a big enough deal about 5his in the reviews I stay at 70 or more hotels a year and I've never ran into one where you are expected to pay for parking. Even in areas where other local businesses charge for parking, I've not had to pay. I seriously considered parking across the street, to avoid the stupid-tax.
