On top of that, they could not even add parking to my bill. I had to scan a QR code in the garage and enter my credit card with a 3rd party. No idea why the hotel is doing it this way. Honestly I probably could have just parked at one of the businesses next door. The hotel itself was fine. Rooms are a decent size. They do not include breakfast. Coffee from the small machine in the lobby was $3 a cup, although there is a Keurig in the room with pods which I appreciated. In the bathroom they provide liquid hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. They were generous with pillows and towels. Overall, the parking situation really tarnished my experience. The actual hotel stay was fine, but the nickel and diming on parking made me question why I would choose this location again.
