  After having a few stays here I will say the breakfast team is always amazing and a delight to wake up to. Even when it’s busy they know how to kick it into high gear and keep the omelet line moving. Top notch ladies there doing their best and one of the saving graces to being a repeat visitor. The bad came from room service, I ordered a few cans of beer to only be brought paper cups of poured beer and to be told I got an extra one as the cups were smaller than the cans. I questioned why they sell cans of beer that I can put in a fridge and keep for future consumption only to be given a paper cup of beer that will go flat and be bad after an hour and also why I was given less than the real amount. When I stated my displeasure and disappointment I was then told each cup was much bigger than the 12 oz can I was sold and I was actually getting much more beer than I should have been and how gracious they were in doing this, after they had told me the reason for an extra cup of beer was due to smaller sizes of cups. This just left a very sour taste in my mouth from the different stories depending on how they wanted to spin it and that nothing was ever offered for not actually giving the product I ordered originally. I asked to have the GM contact me and clarify why all these things happen but he was either never notified or just didn’t care enough to reach out to a long time higher level Hilton member. The pool was also a bit chilly and could have been warmer.

  My family and I stayed for 11 nights at Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Alpharetta Northpoint, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. A special thank you to the amazing catering team — Patricia, Pedro, Jovita, Maria, Mirna, Jonathan, and Pedro — who consistently provided outstanding service throughout our stay. Every morning and evening, they welcomed us with warmth, kindness, and professionalism. They made us feel at home, and traveling with family, that means everything. I would also like to sincerely thank Mohamed, the Front Office Manager, for his excellent support and professionalism during our check-out. His attention to detail and genuine care left a lasting positive impression. Additionally, appreciation goes to the housekeeping team for keeping our room clean, comfortable, and well-prepared every single day. Their hard work did not go unnoticed. Thank you all for making our family vacation so memorable. We truly felt welcomed and valued throughout our stay, and we look forward to returning again.

  I stayed the weekend of the ice storm and picked this location mainly because they had a kitchen and restaurant for our lunch and dinner if we couldn't get out. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed as the staff did not come in, which defeated the main reason why I chose here. Safety is important, but if the breakfast team of two stayed at the hotel overnight to make sure we had made-to-order omelets and a delicious spread of fruit, bakery items, coffee, etc., then the restaurant crew should have been offered the same. Every night they have an evening reception, but this consisted of chips, pretzels, cheese cubes, and dips. I feel they could have had a veggie tray, or offered quick sandwiches, or had the restaurant crew stay there, just like the breakfast crew. Many other guests were sharing their frustration as well. The rooms were clean, and the seating area in the atrium lower level had comfortable seating with tables, providing an alternative place to gather for those stuck at the hotel. I'm giving it a 3-star rating as I feel they could have accommodated the guests for evening quick meals, even frozen microwave meals, if the kitchen was closed. The main reason I stayed there was there was a restaurant.

  Clean and Beautiful hotel with plenty of Parking outside. Staff is polite and helpful. The ambience is good and calm. They have indoor pool, gym, bar. This hotel is very close to north point mall and other shopping stores, which are at walking distance.

  Would not recommend. We called the night before when we found out a snow storm was about to hit us and the road conditions would not be safe to drive. Yes we went thru a third party but we plead our case to both the third party and the hotel. The third party stated an email would be sent to the manager asking to cancel the reservation due to the impending storm we were going to be hit with. The hotel responded stating they would not refund us. While I understand that canceling travel plans due to changes of a schedule should not warrant a refund, this was a snow storm bringing 4-8” of snow. A credit or change of dates would have been acceptable.
