- KKKarla3 days ago1.0The room was very clean, and the hotel is beautiful. Housekeeping does an excellent job, and the kitchen staff is very friendly and cooks very well. Unfortunately, the front desk staff and phone service were not professional. I had to leave the hotel one day earlier than my scheduled check-out. I informed the front desk and understood my responsibility, and I did not request any refund. I understand that hotels usually place a temporary charge or hold on a credit card (around $200) as a security deposit and then refund it. However, in my case, a charge of $260 has not been refunded, and I have not received any email or explanation about why this amount was charged or why it has not been released. This lack of communication is very unprofessional and disappointing.

The person at the front desk who checked us in must have been new or something because he didn't mention anything about a mandatory parking fee or the fact that we have to park on the fourth floor or higher of the structure. Otherwise, the hotel is pretty new and the rooms are clean. The free breakfast is one of the best you'll find.

My parents and grandma only want to stay here now. Calista is also fantastic and always willing to help me and my family with our reservations.
