Pros: walking distance to many bars, room are clean, quiet, and elevators are quick Cons: showers take long to warm and won't get hot, temperature won't get below 70, parking is expensive for the lowest option and you walk to it or valet (more expensive), can't check in until 4 and they can be late to that. All in all, I was more happy going down the road a bit for a hot shower, cooler rooms and easier parking, even if I have to drive to dinner. Hey, if you just want dinner, that parking lot is free, but the hotel charges you $20/night for it :)

The room’s fan couldn’t be turned off or adjusted — it kept roaring all night. I woke up exhausted, with dry eyes and a sore throat, wondering how this could possibly meet Hilton’s standards. When I called the front desk for help, no one answered. I went down myself, only to find the receptionist leaning against the counter, one hand in her pocket, talking to guests with an attitude that screamed “not my problem.” I’ve never seen such blatant indifference or unprofessionalism at any Hilton before. Eventually, I received an apology — but it came far too late, and it felt like damage control rather than genuine care. They refunded my points, but no refund can restore the lost trust or erase how unpleasant the experience was. This property is a stain on Hilton’s name. It needs serious management oversight before it drives loyal Hilton guests away for good.
