I travel frequently, and this Embassy Suites is modern, well maintained, and the staff was outstanding. In expect someone to complain about this past weekend, I wanted to mark all 5 rating because of the staff. The hotel was unable to issue room keys due to some technical issue Friday - Sunday. This was inconvenient for sure, but the staff helped everyone get into their room with no complaints. 6 floors to manage, Exercise room, etc. The front desk team, breakfast attendants, bar, and maintenance people were all very friendly and professional. Kudos, Team!

I was just told that they were overbooked by mistake. I brought all my luggage with me to check in and the hotel told me that there was no room available even though I had a confirmed reservation.

Their breakfast bar is awesome! Rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is helpful. In cocktails are included in your price at the drinks 🍻 bar! Don't tell this right off the highway very hard to miss with lots of restaurants and other shopping places, Starbucks, and the like.

First and foremost gotta shout out my bartender Jenny. She was the best and remember our drinks and pours the whole time we were there. She is the best! The hotel is so nice and the staff are all great. The location in Halcyon has so much to do from dinner, drinks and shopping. Highly recommend this hotel and location if you are ever in the area!

I flew in on a red-eye. Work had thoughtfully booked my stay starting the night before I arrived so I could get a few hours of sleep before a conference — a pretty standard accommodation for anyone who lives on airplanes. I even emailed the hotel a week in advance explaining this, foolishly assuming that basic communication might still mean something. I arrived around 6am to discover they’d quietly canceled all three nights as a “no-show.” No call. No email. No attempt to verify whether the guest who explicitly warned them might, in fact, still be airborne. Just bureaucratic amnesia waiting for me at the front desk. The explanation was delivered flatly. No apology. No ownership. Just a woman clearly trained to explain why nothing could be done — not out of malice, but because the role itself appeared designed to be useless. In twenty years of near-constant travel — easily 500 hotels across the globe — this doesn’t register as a bad stay. It registers as a process failure. Truly elite incompetence. The proposed recovery was impressive in its audacity: I could pay $250 out of pocket for a new room. In Alpharetta, Georgia. For context, I live in Los Angeles, where that price at least comes with scarcity, demand, or a reason. Here, it came with a shrug. This wasn’t bad service. It was indifference with a logo — a system doing exactly what it was designed to do, and staff given no authority beyond explaining why the guest is out of luck. Absolute garbage. The quiet kind that doesn’t explode, but slowly teaches frequent travelers to stop trusting the brand altogether
