The front desk staff is very rude. Forgot his name, will add it later. Definitely not the way to treat your honors guests. He tried to charge me for my room even though I had paid days before my reservation. This is not what a Hilton establishment should be. Do better with your staffing please! Update: The aforementioned staff member wanted to make sure I knew he saw my Google review so he just informed me of his name, but I’ll keep the rest between us and management. We had to move rooms because the door to our first room did not lock and we were unable to leave it with our things in it. Thankfully the front desk, who were much nicer this time, got us in to a different room. The second room has a malfunctioning bathroom door that is difficult to close. Still very disappointed with this Hilton overall and unfortunately won’t be returning to this location.

They cancelled my corporate booking without any notice. Arrived late at night only to find out there were no rooms. First time I experience a cancelation on a booking done through the company.

Place could use a little refresh and update. Room furniture a bit worn. Place was clean- staff very friendly. Could use some clean up on the grounds as well. Lobby very nice. Would likely opt for other newer Hilton properties in the area next time- this was affordable, available, clean and safe. Very convenient to local food.
