- RBRichard Badger5 days ago1.0Checking in was amusing. Showed up 40 min early before check in time, at that time rooms were ready. Front desk lady tried a con of $20 cash in order for her to be willing to checking us in. After finally checking into room had a musky mold smell to it. Obvious signs of water damage. Found out after trying to take shower drain was clogged what seemed to be some kind of sandy substance backflowing out of drain. After observation went to front desk explaining situation. Was told by different front desk attendant with some kind of attitude problem , "thanks for reporting, someone will be there to fix drain following day." Unfortunately no one came to fix problem following day. Stayed at this property for 2 night's for out of town work detail. Service sucks, room upkeep is horrible. Would not recommend this stay to anyone. Will be only and last time for me.

- AAAliSep 17, 20251.0This was the worst hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. We were told by phone that our service dog was okay to have and we checked in with no problem. Just because our dog barked at someone, the front desk lady said it wasn't okay. Dogs bark. The hotel staff were extremely rude and stormed towards my wife aggressively barking at her to leave. The same staff went on to discuss our situation with other hotel guests in the lobby. When management was reached out to about the matter, it was swept under the rug and nothing was done about the front desk lady. Never again!!!! We had to get rid of our service dog in order to stay!
