    D’Niyah and Lillian welcomed us with open arms. From the time that we checked in they were very helpful in every aspect. They made our check in process very smooth. They made us feel at home! They were amazing.

    Dniyah was amazing. Great customer service answering the phone while talking to us solving other guesses problems multitasking the kind of service you don’t see nowhere brooms was super clean five star all the way.

    This hotel was a really good stay. When we first walked in, it smelled good and looked clean. The young lady at the front desk Ms.Seliyah was so sweet and professional, she has amazing customer service skills. The elevators were nice,the floor we were on was clean.When we walked into our room we were very pleased, the room was clean,neat and smelled good,I could breathe thank goodness. The beds were very comfortable I didn't want to get up lol The next morning when we went down for breakfast there was a good selection of food and beverages. It was clean and well organized. The sitting area was nice and one of the best we've ever seen. I also loved the couch sitting in front of the t.v. I'm not a coffee drinker however I did like how it was a separate area for that and that was also clean and well organized. Whenever I visit Albany,Ga again I will be staying here. Keep up the good work management and workers. It's a good thing when guest want to return. ☺️

    Room was not cleaned good. There was long hair in several spots in the bathroom and one on my bed. Staff is not as friendly as I have had at other IHG hotels. Fitness center has 3 treadmills, but only one works right. The breakfast in the morning is ok.
