I’ve stayed here off and on for work for the past year. It’s definitely one of my favorite places to stay. The staff are always friendly and make me feel at home. The ladies who cook breakfast do a wonderful job and are always there if you need anything. The rooms are always nice and clean. Mrs Linda checks on us regularly to make sure that we have everything we need, and even Mrs. Lillian (who just started recently) does a fantastic job.

If zero stars was an option this would warrant it.
Terrible stay at end of December. Had two rooms, underage drinking occurring at late hrs & no security in site. Had to call multiple times for anything to occur.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. DO NOT STAY HERE. We had two rooms on the 4th floor. Unfortunately, the room next to us was a party of minors who were drinking, causing commotion, and yelling in the middle of the night. We called down to the front desk, the first time, and they did not attempt to address the noise. Called again, still nothing. We were later told they needed two complaints before they could do anything. Well my cousin then knocked on the door in an attempt to ask them to keep the noise down. Eventually another guests called to complain and the night staff went up to the room as well. But long story short, the minors in the room next to us jumped my cousin in the parking lot. Three kids beat him up in the parking lot and took off in a car. Police were called. The hotel did NOTHING to assist, despite him hitting his head on the concrete and being physically assaulted by their other guests. They did not offer a discount or reimbursement on the rooms. We were told to contact the General Manager, Linda Davis. We have made repeated attempts to call since the incident occured December 26th. She has not returned one phone call. She has not responded to emails. We called corporate. They cannot do much because it has to be handled by the GM. This location is not safe. They allowed kids under 21 to party in a hotel room and did nothing to address concerns of other guests. The hallway was trashed, our family member was assaulted, and this location hasn't even bothered with a phone call.
On top of all of that, the hotel is not clean or well kept. The first room we had, the AC didn't work. The second room we had the sink was broken and wouldn't drain. The hotel itself is just dirty. But I guess since they care little about there guests and allow people to be assaulted in their parking lot without a follow up, its not surprising that they don't maintain their property.

The shabbiest $200 hotel I have stayed in for a long time. It would take me 30 minutes to list everything that was bad. It has had a cheap make over, but is obviously run on the cheap. It is dirty, poorly maintained and only partially remodeled. It has a musty odor. Their network is spot at best. The staff were friendly but obviously poorly managed. I had put Holiday Inn Express in my prime list. This hotel removed them from future consideration.
