Every person at that front desk holding it down, dealing with Karens, kicking out the weed smokers, figuring out financial and computer stuff that makes NO SENSE (I used to be a front desk agent)—Ebony, Frank, and the night auditor with the Caribbean accent—was friendly and inspirational. I was pleasantly surprised how good this hotel and this team represent the good side of Albany!

The Front Desk Staff was so warm and opening when I entered the hotel. The upgraded rooms were very cozy. I will definitely be visiting again very soon.
- TTtim townsendDec 18, 20251.0I stayed here on December 15 and when I arrived, my room was not ready at 3 o’clock, so Sandra tells me to leave the hotel and then come back which I did and when I got back at four my room still wasn’t ready so she tells me she’s gonna give me a free voucher for a drink and then she upgrades my room. I don’t check into my room till 430 and I got a voucher but when I got my bill, they charged me for the “ free drink“. I didn’t call the hotel once I realize this and some dude picks up and it says I’ll get with my manager and then I’ll call you within 24 hours to let you know what’s going on. I get an email less than an hour later and it’s the same price I haven’t done anything that didn’t call me back to tell me about anything and that was that. For service the front desk agent lied to me. It was less than professional the entire time.
