Upon checking in it was not told to us that the hotel is under renovation. The only room available was a king suite, ok I guess that will work. Over $400 for 2 nights just to hear constant banging above my room started before 9am and continued throughout the day . I asked the front desk about it and I was rudely told that they would refund me one night and check me out if that's what I want. I said it would have liked to have been informed before checking in and I would have chosen another place to stay during this hard time . No remorse or human emotions just cold and disrespectful well let us know what your going to do. I can't believe this is the way a Hilton honors member or any grieving person is treated. I will never stay at this Hampton Inn again. This is the worst customer service I have had at any Hilton hotel.

My aunt is 78 years of age and the staff there was so disrespectful to her and her service pets. She has two Shih Tzu that are professionally trained and well taken care of. She was accused of her babies being loud and disruptive. I have never seen that side of those dogs at all. She was basically told to leave the premises because they were barking. It was totally untrue because she had relatives visiting her rooms at the time that was stated. So she drove back home in the rain almost 4 hours because she was so upset with the establishment. I will encourage anyone looking to stay there not to. Those dogs have been to the Ritz Hotels, Hotel Trundle, and several distinguished hotels. I upset because my aunt was treated in such a manner!!
