They said the charge was for food taken at the snack bar. Me and my family all assured her no one from our party took any food. She said they would forward it to the manager but the extra charge posted a few days later. Then I called the hotel but got nowhere. Same response about forwarding it to a manager. I requested manager’s number but could not get it from her. Had to dispute the charge through my credit card company.

Let me be one of the first to say THIS HOTEL IS NOTHING LIKE THE TRASH REVIEWS... This hotel is very clean from inside too the outside!!! Staff on second shift was amazing, very professional knowledgeable and accommodating!!! Price was very reasonable...Breakfast was great !!!Don't believe everything you read! Ill be back next time im passing through ... 5 Stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
