  Really nice place for the price. Would come here again and would recommend. Staff was very friendly and helpful. And was clean place. Also close to the baseball/soccer fields for tournaments.

  A fair room for a fair price. The best thing about this place is the service; the front desk was so courteous and kind.

  We stayed a few doors from the front office, no hot water, barely got warm. Complained, basically said it was my fault for requesting a ground floor for my handicapped wife! The hot water doesn't reach those rooms, yet they put others near by. Those I spoke with others nearby, said the same, no hot water. By 8:00 am, no fresh fruit, no orange juice, yogurt machine out of order, went back several times, still no fruit, orange juice. Restroom in the lobby out of service.

  This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I would strongly warn anyone against staying here. We arrived at the hotel and immediately felt unsafe. The environment was uncomfortable, with people lingering around and staring, which made us extremely uneasy. Although the front desk employee was polite, the situation itself was unacceptable. When we checked the room, it was clearly not cleaned. The bed was covered in hair, and the bathroom had visible mold, which is especially dangerous because my child has a documented severe mold allergy. This is not a preference — it is a medical concern. We did not use the bed, the bathroom, or stay in the room at all. Despite this, the hotel refused to issue a refund and dismissed the seriousness of the situation. The idea that a family should stay in a room with visible mold and unsanitary conditions is completely unacceptable. I should not have to involve health authorities to have basic hygiene standards taken seriously. This property should be inspected for cleanliness and safety. I would never recommend this hotel to families, especially those with children or health sensitivities. Save yourself the stress and stay elsewhere.

  The room at this location had a musty odor. The refrigerator was making noise. A used washcloth was in the shower, which looked like not been cleaned. It was very difficult to get to sleep with people yelling and slamming doors after 10PM. To say the least, I was very dissatisfied with the conditions. UPDATE: I received a response from the management of this location which offered a discount if I were to come back. I took them up on the offer and found the subsequent stay to be much more enjoyable. I was in the same room as before, but it was much cleaner and the refrigerator was quiet. Thank you for making my visit pleasant and providing conditions that were closer to the Best Western standards.
