- MMMattFeb 26, 20261.0To hell with best western i tried to get a room for the cause I had some stuff to do in town and after booking it on priceline and getting to the hotel they said I need a 75 dollar deposit which I didn't have. I told him that I could give him a card to put on file and he said no. Think I called priceline and they called the hotel and they said they wasn't refunding money cause they wasn't a charnIty case. So now I m out my money and had to sleep in car. I won't ever stay at a best western again

- CSCecilia StoneJan 21, 20262.0This is not what I am used to when I stay at a Best Western. This is a cheap motel lodge that slapped the BW name on it. The room was clean enough and smelled fine. The door was difficult to close and the area is a bit shady. I felt a bit unsafe with the door situation, so we were sure to keep all locks engaged at all times. The remote control didn't work. I requested a late check out and never received a response. We stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned even though the sign at the desk says they clean every other day. The "continental breakfast" was a joke. The yogurt machine was out of service. The waffle maker's handle was broken. There was no hot water to make tea. The breakfast "options" consisted of cold eggs, cold sausage patties, cold biscuits/gravy and stale cold cereal. The coffee tasted like it was brewed a month ago. The only bread options for toasting was plain white bread. No bagels. And some sad tiny store bought pre-packaged muffins. The front staff was very friendly. That was about the only upside to this place. I would not stay here again.
