- AEA N T A N E T EApr 7, 20261.0We booked the hotel on the IHG APP. Upon arrival when we checked in, we were charged for a different rate for a different room. Upon arrival to that room, (317). we noticed a stain on the sheets and immediately requested bed sheet change. We changed rooms due to the already existing reservation that we had, so we were charged for a new reservation and the old one. We then moved to room 304- upon arrival and room change the room felt muggy, and humid. The hot water did not work for the shower,. By the morning we all woke up with what appears to be bed bug bites. We were told that the manager would reach out to address this issue within (24- 48 hours) . We have not heard anything back within 24 hours, but we’re still charged for our stay even with poor customer service, no hot water, and my children and I waking up to what appears to be bed bug bites. I do not recommend this hotel.

They a did wonderfuljob accommodating everyone and even made sure our our rooms were all together. Rooms were all nice and clean, breakfast was very good, and staff was very pleasant. Overall it was Great.

Hot water for morning shower was....slow to get warm at 10am. One degree cooler and it would have been uncomfortable. The free breakfast was above average compared to similar hotels in my experience. I'd stay there again.
