  We stayed for a night. Rooms were very clean, the front desk lady was wonderful and friendly, and the breakfast was very good. If ever needing to stop in the area again, we will be stopping here.

  Hector at the front desk, needs to be at every Best Western. He is not only patient and kind, but helped us with a mishap early in the morning upon arrival. Truly the best example of an amazing employee!

  First off..gal at front desk that checked us in was great. I needed a plastic fork n she just whipped out some lol. Its a pet friendly hotel so don't be shocked if you see a piece of dog food in the hallway. Room was clean..beds soft n comfy with nice pillows. Hotel was quiet..didn't hear anyone else..had the breakfast which was fixed by an awesome gal named Dale. Her huge smile n friendly greeting was great. Had a hot bkfst and brought a plate upstairs to the husband. I recommend this place...close to hwy but no hwy noise. Oh n no cockroaches!!! We've left 2 hotels during our trip due to roaches. Got up at 3am n flipped lights on n heck yeah no hugs lol thanks again for a great night of needed rest n relaxation

  If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. After a very long travel day, there was a small payment mix-up, and the team handled it with such grace. It was immediately fixed to help me. To my complete surprise, I was upgraded to a suite, which truly meant more to me than I can express. This thoughtful and generous gesture was entirely unexpected and made me feel genuinely cared for. I am so grateful for the kindness shown and for an experience I will not forget!

  I want to preface my review with the comment that this is a very nice hotel, however there were several things that made our stay not as good as it could have been. The good points are very nice, clean rooms with very comfortable beds. The hotel is very quiet even during the day. There is plenty of parking in a well lit secure area. The front desk is friendly and very attentive to your needs. The free breakfast is excellent with plenty of choices. And now the not so good points. The housekeeping staff leaves a lot to be desired. Three separate times they did not provide the service we requested. Twice they picked up our dirty towels but did not leave clean ones. The other time they did not clean our room, even though we put the door hanger out and I even spoke with the young lady telling her we needed service. The management did rectify the problem each time quickly, however there is no excuse for it happening three times. And the other not so good thing is the WIFI. If we did not have hot spots on our phones we would have been without internet access. Also the cast option for the television did not work because of the poor quality internet. These couple of things are not the end of the world by any means, but did they did cause unneeded aggravation to an otherwise pleasant stay. I hope these issues are addressed and resolved making this a great place to stay.
