  I want to preface my review with the comment that this is a very nice hotel, however there were several things that made our stay not as good as it could have been. The good points are very nice, clean rooms with very comfortable beds. The hotel is very quiet even during the day. There is plenty of parking in a well lit secure area. The front desk is friendly and very attentive to your needs. The free breakfast is excellent with plenty of choices. And now the not so good points. The housekeeping staff leaves a lot to be desired. Three separate times they did not provide the service we requested. Twice they picked up our dirty towels but did not leave clean ones. The other time they did not clean our room, even though we put the door hanger out and I even spoke with the young lady telling her we needed service. The management did rectify the problem each time quickly, however there is no excuse for it happening three times. And the other not so good thing is the WIFI. If we did not have hot spots on our phones we would have been without internet access. Also the cast option for the television did not work because of the poor quality internet. These couple of things are not the end of the world by any means, but did they did cause unneeded aggravation to an otherwise pleasant stay. I hope these issues are addressed and resolved making this a great place to stay.

  We stayed two nights and were a little disappointed. We had to move out of the first room because whenever the ventilation system kicked on you could barely hear yourself talk. The next room was still loud but a little better. The room was very clean but had some issues. There was no luggage rack so we had to throw all of our luggage and clothes on the floor. What was very weird was there was absolutely nowhere to hang up anything in the bathroom. You could not hang up a towel to dry, nowhere to put clothes to hang, it was very strange and very inconvenient. Again, the room was clean and the breakfast was average Best Western fare. The location was decent.

  Hot & Early breakfast, very cozy and nice rooms, very friendly service and a hidden gem! Definitely would recommend!

  We live in Florida and have stayed in this area many times, but we usually stay in Fernandina Beach. My wife is a retired hospital microbiologist and refuses to stay in any hotel room until she has done an extensive examination of the bedding for bugs and the bathroom for both cleanliness and mold. I can say that this room was one of the best examples of proper housekeeping and detailed cleaning we have seen in a long time. The front desk lady was pleasant to deal with, the shower was of a new design that worked great, and the beds provided restful sleep. The breakfast was hot and had a nice selection of waffles, eggs, and sausage. The lady in charge of the serving area kept everything clean and the serving trays full. Our stay at this Best Western was notable for its quality service and the value we received.
