Cool theme for kids but Hotel is a bit pricey for what you get especially since everything is extra charge nothing is part of it other than the room. Even the parks you have to constantly pay for things it adds up quickly. Also didnt like we couldnt turn the AC down more at night being on top floor it got warm in our room.

Great for young families. One day at the park/night at the hotel is sufficient for adults. Otherwise, it's not much to do for adult couples. Any other things to do are about an hour drive away.

The hotel nightly activities for kids were amazing, apple juice replensihment for room, family-breakfast, valet experience and kid's corner of the room were all positives for this stay. Sad the treasure hunt is now just the first day Vs daily like it used to be. Every hotel employee was very friendly. Creative workshop was awesome, glad to have received a sign-up email for this. "The Wizard" text option for updates and help was very useful for the stay (Kudos)
Quite a handful of issues experienced, that shouldn't exist for the value placed on this stay/experience. Experience wasn't worth the value paid due to the following:
- Very low water pressure and it takes a VERY long time to get hot water running (Room 576)
- No dressers or designated space for kid's clothing (just hangers for adults)
- Faulty light bulbs, they flicker and don't come on sometimes (Room 576)
- Very little counter space in bathroom for rooms designed to have parents and at least 2 kids
- Microwave was extremely dirty for the first 3 days (until I asked for it to be cleaned up. I feel like housekeeping should monitor microwave and clean up as needed)
- Body wash was out as of the second day and was never replenished until we left (4-14 to 4-18 stay). Thankfully we brought some
- Pirate Island pool remained closed, while Lego hotel pool was severely crowded due to this unexplained closure.
There was a very rude lady who was stationed at the "prize every tune stand" beside the dragon dip on 4/15 and 4/16 (morning hours); she shouldn't be interacting kids nor adults, needs to work behind the scenes. Wouldn't even look at anyone speaking to her, constantly on the phone.

This rating is alone for pirate themed hotel. It’s really not worth it, rooms were not cleaned and aisles were dark to hide tidiness, rooms stink all the time, someone near my room was smoking weed and entire aisle was smelling of it and still no actions were taken. I am disappointed to the core after choosing. Now, for legoland park I would give 4 star.
