Went with grandkids. If you have kids that love Legos, this is a must do. Legos are everywhere and I mean everywhere. Rooms, lobby, around the rides, even floating ones at the pool. Everything is geared towards the children. Parking is pricey as well as the food options. We chose to drive off-site for dinner as there are many restaurants across the street. We do plan to return with other grands later.

Today is the final day of our trip, and I had promised my children they could pick out souvenirs at our hotel before we leave. Unfortunately, we do not have park tickets for today, and what followed was an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience.
Your hotel staff and manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was told that the only way to access a souvenir that we wanted at the hotel gift shop was to purchase a $125 park ticket, which would be refunded seven days later—just so I could buy my son a $15 souvenir from our trip. There was no willingness to offer an alternative solution or show any empathy toward a visibly upset and disappointed child. This was from your staff and the manager.
To make matters worse, the hotel gift shop was closed for inventory DURING business hours with no prior notice. This is unacceptable. Closing a primary guest amenity during operating hours without communication to guests, and then responding to hotel guests with such disregard, reflects very poorly on your hotel.
To summarize… I couldn’t buy a Lego souvenir from the Legoland hotel for my child because your incompetent staff doesn’t understand that doing inventory during business hours is bad practice. So my child didn’t get a LEGO souvenir from LEGOLAND! And ZERO empathy or willingness to help from your rude staff and manager.
This interaction was, without question, the rudest and most disappointing experience I have ever had as a hotel guest. Based on this experience, we will not be returning, and we will be taking our future family vacations elsewhere. Teach your staff to do better.

We made our reservation directly with Legoland Florida. We reserved two Ninjago rooms for 3 days (April 2nd – 5th) and were told they would be connecting. Upon arrival we were told they do not have connecting rooms. So we assumed the rooms would be next to each other or across the hall from each other. We arrived around 7 pm to find out that our rooms were not near each other and were at opposite ends of the building. They were as far apart as you could possibly be! Room 334 and room 303!
How is this possible when you reserve and pay for two rooms on a single reservation! When I requested our rooms be moved closer together I was told there were no other rooms available. They told me to text them at 11 am, and they would contact housekeeping to see if our rooms could be moved. Again we were told that no new rooms were available. BUT, I witnessed 3 DIFFERENT FAMILIES MOVE INTO NEW EMPTY ROOMS, two of which were very close to one of our rooms. They could have easily moved one of our rooms. Each day we were there, I asked for our room to be moved closer, each day I was told there were no other rooms available, and again I saw new families move into empty rooms! Customer service was extremely lacking! We were continually being told they were sorry, and never even tried to offer any compensation for our inconvenience. One of our rooms were senior citizens (grandparents, one handicapped) in their seventies who had to walk all the way from one end of the building to the other to enjoy time with their grandchildren. The theming of the rooms is excellent as well as the breakfast (which is an outside company.) I would avoid the Legoland Hotel Florida, save your money and stay across the street! It’s very disheartening to spend a very large amount of money and be treated so poorly. Will never stay here again.

Las Vegas for kids! Check in and out was sub par. Apparently “system” is new and it took forever. We booked and paid through a travel agent and paid 3 months ago but “their system “ doesn’t recognize it and it showed we owed the entire amount when we arrived. They should remove the 3 party link from their site. Don’t compare this to the “big place” standards are not the same. Checking out before 11:00 am I had to insist on an accurate bill for incidentals. They showed charges that should not have been on there. After insisting on an accurate bill they finally gave me one. But the 8 & 5 year olds loved it. It’s crazy wild and loud in the lobby and I commend the employees for being able to endure that constantly! I am sure we will be back to the park but may stay somewhere a little quieter next time !

If I could give this place negative stars, it would definitely earn that!
The service at this hotel is worse than a budget hotel. Thought out our stay, we have couple issues, never got addressed at all. We asked for the bed sheet to be replaced, they claimed it was done. I hide something between the comforter and sheet, and it was there.
Also beware the parking isn’t free, no one bothers to tell you about it at check in. It’s kinda like standard procedure to tell customers about parking situation. There are valet and self park, and give people price so they can decide on what to do. Especially when the parking lot is far away.
Room is not the cleanest either, I found mold in the bathroom.
At checkout, I asked to speak with manager, nope you can’t, just email us.
The only good part of the hotel is the party and activities onsite.
