We had very noise people next door who were constantly opening and slamming the door past 11:00 pm till like 1:00 am. It was ridiculous. But the staff were very nice, responded quickly to and issues and fixed it with in 30 minutes. Rooms have safe and mini fridge. Bed was comfortable, but the room has like a weird smell like cheep motel room. Over all our stay here was very pleasant. We would probably given it another try.

The houses are adorable, and the setup—with each little community having its own safe and comfortable play area—is fantastic for families. The decor is cute, and the staff were all pleasant and accommodating, doing their best to help. The shuttle was easy and timely, though prepare for its down time 12-4, which is odd as that is key lunch and rest periods for those with toddlers. Unfortunately, the quality and maintenance of the rooms themselves severely detract from the experience and prevent this retreat from matching the standards of Legoland's sibling hotels. The main issue is a noticeable smell of mold upon entry. While I don't suffer from allergies, my son was stuffy by morning, suggesting this is a systemic problem. We also dealt with a micro-ant infestation in the unit. I chose not to call for assistance, having read previous reviews (I was prepared) but I was deeply disappointed to find the systemic issues were true. I sincerely urge management to make the necessary investment to resolve the underlying maintenance issues. It is clear this property is suffering from years of neglect. Please make the investment to restore the property to the quality level its adorable concept deserves.
