  Can walk across the street to Legoland. They let us check in early by a couple hours. Easy breakfast buffet, pool & grills outside. Small gym & it also has laundry too. Very happy that my wife finally picked a good spot

  Let me start this review by saying WOW. I was genuinely impressed by how spacious the rooms were and how thoughtfully appointed the furniture and amenities felt. The kitchenette truly exceeded expectations—an apartment-sized refrigerator, full kitchen with a dishwasher, plus plates, cups, bowls, and utensils. It didn’t feel like a hotel setup at all; it felt like home. What stood out most for me, though, was the wow-level service. After a three-hour drive, we arrived quite late and were greeted by Symantha (with the loveliest UK accent). She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, offering thoughtful recommendations for local restaurants and nearby spots without us even having to ask.

  Let me start with the positive: the location is great if you're going to Legoland. It's literally across the street and as close as you can get without staying at one of the Legoland hotels. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room is nice. For the most part, I'd recommend this hotel to someone looking to stay in the area. However, if I cared for that person in any way, I'd tell them to bring their own pillow. To be clear, there are pillows provided in the room. Or at least an object at the head of the bed that has the appearance of a pillow. The concept of a pillow, perhaps. It's as if a person from a planet that doesn't have pillows described pillows to a person from another planet who's people don't have necks, and then that person went out of their way to make the worst pillow possible. I tried folding the pillow to provide some degree of elevation. I must have folded it in half 8 times, with no effect. I've checked several times to make sure I wasn't resting my head on an empty pillow case. This pillow doesn't obey the laws of physics as we know them, and should be studied. As I sit here, writing this review at 3:30 in the morning, I've contemplated leaving the room to go sleep in the car. Or maybe leaving to find a place that sells pillows. Even just sitting here now, hunched over in the office chair in the room, is more comfortable than having my head sink into this amorphous blob masquerading as a pillow. Other than that, no complaints. 4 stars.

  Couldn’t ask for a better location if going to Legoland, in fact, I would keep my car and walk to avoid the almost $40 parking fee. The hotel seems fairly new, it’s in great shape. I didn’t interact with the staff much, since I use the app primarily, but the breakfast staff was amazing. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Definitely recommend and I will be staying here in the future again.

  I liked the design in that it moved all social activity areas to one side of the building - not directly under a room where it could be loud for guests trying to sleep or relax at night. The room had a constant fan which checks the box as one of my number one features needed in a hotel room. the beds were incredibly comfortable. less than 200ft from Publix and some fast food restaurants close by.
