    Dear Management, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. From the beginning, my experience was extremely disappointing. The room I was assigned had serious maintenance and cleanliness issues. The shower was poorly repaired and not functioning properly, and there was visible mold throughout the bathroom. While the shower was eventually fixed, the mold was never cleaned, which is unacceptable from a health and hygiene standpoint. In addition to the room conditions, I was very unhappy with the customer service at the front desk. Due to personal circumstances that were beyond my control, I needed to check out early and requested reimbursement for the second night of my stay. The front desk agent was rude and dismissive and refused my request without any empathy or professionalism. When I asked for written proof that I had checked out early, I was not provided with any documentation. I have stayed at many hotels over the years and have never experienced such poor service, unclean conditions, or lack of professionalism. This experience fell far below reasonable hospitality standards. I am requesting that you review this matter and consider reimbursing me for the unused night, as well as addressing the cleanliness and customer service issues to prevent future guests from experiencing the same problems. I look forward to your response. Hello, I have called and left a message for the manager, but no one has returned my call. This lack of follow-up is disappointing and reflects poorly on your customer service. I would appreciate a response as soon as possible to address this matter.

    I am amazed at the customer service experience my family and I have had staying at this Holiday Inn. We walked in and checked in with the lady in the front desk, she was very nice. We took the opportunity and visited the restaurant downstairs. We ordered the pasta with chicken , firecracker shrimps and crunchy chicken strips with fries. The food is made to order, fresh and coocked perfect. We thought we had a perfect experience but Joseph from the restaurant made it feel like a 5-Star experience. Better than what we expected. Joseph took the order with precision, accurancy, and was amazing with our child. He really made us feel welcomed. The next day we wanted to eat in our room after a long day at Legoland and my wife went to order and bring the food upstairs and Joseph offered to help her bring it up. I have had great experience in other places we've stayed but Joseph was such a pleasant refreshing and wonderful person that of which i havent seen in years. I thought customer service these days was forgotten but Joseph set an example and defines the definition of what true customer service really is. Will be telling all my friends to stay here.

    They charged my room for dinner and alcohol that I never ordered (I never order dinner and alcohol from hotels). Since I'm doing the traveling through work, it makes my bookkeeping extremely tedious, since they added on the extra charges that work doesn't cover... on the card that isn't supposed to be used for personal expenses. To say nothing of being charged for something I never even ordered or got.

    Been a diamond elite member for 5yrs and this is the first holiday inn that didn’t offer free breakfast. Got to say I won’t be back. Enjoy that $11.99.
