  Clean room No late checkout available Hot water at sink dangerously hot Bathroom door completely blocked hall when door open No light over refrigerator and coffee maker Corner chair not comfortable when using footrest - needs lumbar or small-med throw pillow.

  While I was in the hotel the front desk was nice and I felt welcomed, the room the A/C was not working, terrible!!! Then, a few days later I needed a copy of my receipt so I requested it over the phone and the lady just gave me a ticket number instead of sending me the information I needed. Today, I called the front desk and the lady was so rude and disrespectful, you guys need to work on your customer service!

  Simply put- the worst hotel! Don’t bother wasting your time. They could care less about their reputation. Kyle, the so called manager never picks up the phone or bothers to call you back to address a concern or an issue. Stay Far away from this place.

  Been to this hotel many of times, very nice and very clean but there is definitely needed improvement. The front desk staff are very unprofessional, along with the management responding to the reviews. Never have I ever seen a hotel blast their customers for “Payments declined” or any situation that should be resolved privately for the sake of the customer. It blatantly shows the carelessness and lack of hospitality and is very unprofessional. Front desk is keeping rude tones with customers who genuinely need assistance, and management that is not fixing problems that have been repeatedly addressed by consumers. Again beautiful hotel, however you would think IHG would hold themselves to higher standards.

  I am giving this hotel 5 stars for Raisa at the front desk. My father suddenly passed away and I had to rush to FL from NY with my Aunt to handle things. I was having difficulty with the website I used to book the hotel and Raisa was phenomenal, friendly and kind. She was so helpful and went out of her way. However the office manager, even showing proof I booked the hotel but was having difficulty with the website I used, wouldn’t re book using that price even with the proof I showed I paid, since their system wasn’t seeing my purchase. However we did wind up still staying there and my aunt and I spoke very highly of Raisa the entire time, but the office manager was of no assistance.
