  I've stayed at this hotel multiple times over the past 2 months due to work. I really love the customer service at this location. Joseph the bartender is very attentive with great communication skills and Larry the cook is does an amazing job with the menu provide I really wish that the bar and kitchen where also open on Sundays I love the dine in atmosphere here great customer service with awesome people. Especially the lady's covering the front desk they are very helpful.

  I love the service of the staff. Very friendly and welcoming. The bartender Joseph and Larry the cook was awsome. The food was great. However, I stayed for Saturday and Sunday and I was quite disappointed that the bar and kitchen was not open on Sundays. Im here almost every weekend for business and I would love to have a dinner and a drink before bed on Sunday nights instead of going to Logans steakhouse.

  Such an odd hotel. The whole feel was off. Only stayed because the app messed up the reservation and gave the me the wrong hotel. The manager refused to transfer the reservation but that’s ok we dealt with it. But then they told us after checking in that we couldn’t use our Xbox to watch movies. The took the remotes out. Every other hotel allows this. But whatever. So we speak to the Manager through texts because he was at home for whatever reason and he refused to help in any way. I explained the situation and told him we’re out of town for work. We just want to stream our movies on my Xbox. I would have stayed somewhere else had we known. Or brought my own tv. When we called they told us that we wouldn’t have a problem doing this. But here we are. The issue is not the big problem. My issue is service. Not a hospitable bone in their body. The one little piece of home we tried to take with us was refused with a very uncaring attitude. Just be ware you might want to stay somewhere else if you want to bring your game system or stream movies or shows on your own services. YOU CANT DO IT HERE.

  Our family had a wonderful stay. My children were especially excited to see the Lego man in the front lobby — we typically stay at the Lego Hotel, but with their recent price increases, this was a refreshing and affordable alternative that still brought smiles to my kids’ faces. The front desk staff was excellent. They were friendly, informative, and took time to answer all of my questions as this was our first visit to a Holiday Inn. I also appreciated their helpful tips on pricing and the best times to book for future stays. As a single mother of three, I prioritize value, safety, and cleanliness. I was very pleased with the well-lit parking lot and the enforcement of the non-smoking policy. Reading that a previous guest was removed for smoking gave me confidence that the hotel takes guest comfort and safety seriously. Thank you for a positive and welcoming experience — we look forward to staying again in the future!

  *** REPOST OF MY ORIGINAL REVIEW *** I came from Miami for a quick getaway on September 3rd, and I liked the hotel so much that I kept extending my stay each night. Everything was perfect with no issues—until today, September 7th. The lady at the front desk gave me such a hard time all morning. I even woke up early to extend my room before my son woke up, yet I still ended up spending my entire morning dealing with the front desk. As much as I wanted to continue staying, today will be my last day here. *** UPDATE ** After posting my initial review, I was contacted by the property manager. When I did not respond, management escalated the situation by calling the police to have me trespassed. They falsely claimed my room smelled like marijuana and accused me of leaving my child unattended—both of which were completely untrue. They also withheld my deposit and refused to refund the remainder of my stay. As a single mother, I felt targeted, mistreated, and discriminated against. While the hotel itself is nice, the management is unprofessional and hostile. If you decide to book here, I strongly recommend waiting until after checkout to post any reviews. They also deleted my original review.
