  I’ve recently stayed at home 2 next door & residence in flamingo crossing of the 3 upon arrival I thought this room was the least clean and upon staying now for 4 nights it’s not a surprise it wasn’t as clean because so far my room hasn’t been vacuumed or wiped once and for the last 8 hours I’ve been requesting a vacuum to do it my self and I still don’t have one , I also have requested a full service yesterday they said I was on the schedule and never came , also requested a full service the day before all they did was make the bed and give me towels , no wonder this room didn’t seem as clean home 2 or residence inn woulda cleaned my room FULLY definitely twice probably even three times by today .

  While attending a meeting in the hotel I was impressed with how nice the facility is. The lobby is spacious with tall ceilings and nice seating area. The rooms are very nice and appear new. Very spacious and clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The meeting room has WiFi and plenty of space. The bar area is beautiful with high top seats and marble floors and counters. The pool bar is comfortable and equally beautiful. The price is affordable. The staff are friendly and kind. Enjoy the complimentary breakfast which has so much to choose from like waffles and bacon to yogurt and fruit. The hotel appears to be a favorite of large groups going to Disney. So eat before 8am if you see several tour buses outside. Lol. Even still the service is completely capable of accommodating everyone. I look forward to returning soon.

  We stayed here in October. The facility is very clean and nice, except for the fact they are not coordinated with mainline reservations and didn’t receive our payment. Halfway through the stay they locked us out of our room mid-day and my friend couldn’t access critical medication. The only way they’d unlock it is if we paid again. Do not stay here there’s better properties right down the street.

  I hate to leave a bad review, but this hotel was horrible. They didn’t service my room for two days. Front desk said they service the room every other day, that’s not enough, I requested daily service. The room smells I would have to turn down the A/C to try and get rid of the smell, don’t work. Called housekeeping and they came to spray the room, it didn’t help. The shower heard was clogged with minerals, had to call maintenance to replace the shower head. Why doesn’t the director of housekeeping catch all this before a guest arrives? No note pads or pens in the room, how does a business traveler stay here? What I can say with 100% certainty, I will NEVER stay at this hotel again, never.

  Exceptional Stay at Homewood Suites Flamingo Crossing I don’t even know where to begin because this was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a very long time. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. After weeks of researching hotels, I chose Homewood Suites at Flamingo Crossing because it was affordable while still being close to Disney and the ESPN Wide World of Sports Center, where my daughter’s cheer competition was held. It ended up being the perfect choice. From the moment we arrived, the staff was absolutely amazing. Every single person I interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Our room was even ready early, so we were able to check in ahead of schedule, which was such a nice bonus after traveling. The room looked exactly like the pictures online—spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. I requested daily housekeeping, and each time we returned, the room was perfectly cleaned and fully stocked. The hotel grounds were beautiful and extremely well maintained. The amenities were excellent as well: a nice gym, laundry facility, heated pool, and the kitchenette in the room was so convenient for our stay. The location was another huge plus. It was under five miles from everywhere we needed to go, but far enough away to avoid the heavy traffic and long waits closer to Disney. There’s also a shopping area right across the street, and the parking garage was incredibly convenient—I could literally drive up to my floor and access my room easily. One of the biggest highlights of our stay was the way the staff went above and beyond when we had an early competition morning. Breakfast on weekends starts at 7 a.m., and we needed to be at ESPN early Saturday, so we were going to miss it. I asked the front desk if there was a grab-and-go option, and although they didn’t normally offer one, the manager and kitchen staff stepped in immediately to help. They told us to stop by the desk in the morning, and they would have breakfast bags ready. What we received was far more than I expected—a thoughtful, carefully prepared meal with water, bagels, muffins, apples, oranges, cream cheese… everything you could possibly need. The care and effort that went into it truly meant so much to us. I’m so grateful to those wonderful ladies and wish I had gotten their names because they deserve recognition. This hotel exceeded every expectation, and I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend Homewood Suites Flamingo Crossing!
