Excelente.

Pleasant stay, friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms, good location near Disney. Worth the stay. The only point for improvement I would suggest is that they start offering parking as a courtesy, especially since it's an open parking lot with no gate or additional security benefits.

We stayed four nights over the weekend at this hotel, and unfortunately, our experience was far below Hilton standards. The booking process was already a mess. I mistakenly booked through a third party instead of directly, and although I called the hotel twice (months in advance) to confirm I’d be in a king suite, they still assigned me a double queen on arrival. When I got there with my baby, they put us right next to the elevator, despite my requests. After wasting time at the front desk, they finally admitted they had oversold king rooms and had none available. Thankfully, a manager from the home2 Suites next door stepped in and found us another double queen (room 613), which was at least quiet, spacious, and had a nice pool view. Before booking, I had also confirmed by phone and email that the hotel provided shuttle service to Disney’s special after-hours parties—that was the main reason I chose this location. Later, the hotel manager, Rory, finally replied to my emails (only after I escalated through Hilton directly since I’m a Gold Member) and told me the information I was given was incorrect. She blamed a third-party shuttle company and took no accountability whatsoever. Her tone was dismissive and unhelpful. The room itself was decent but not spotless. The microwave and fridge were dirty, there were not enough trash cans or towels, and some towels even had hair on them. We requested more towels several times; it took over 30 minutes and multiple calls to get them. The staff’s excuse was that there was only one housekeeper for the entire hotel on a sold-out weekend, which is unacceptable. At one point, my husband found other housekeepers just chatting in a room instead of working. We also had to ask twice for the baby’s pack-and-play we had requested in advance. The bar service was another disappointment. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, and Camila gave us plain cheese instead. She didn’t even include napkins, and it was obvious she had difficulty understanding English, which caused the mistake. Finally, parking was terrible—poorly managed and hard to navigate. Overall, this property suffers from poor management, lack of accountability, and serious understaffing. The only positive was the second room we were finally assigned, but everything else made the stay stressful and disappointing. Would I stay here again? Only if it were free. Otherwise, absolutely not.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past. Normally, I love it. As we were enroute, I started getting notifications via email that I was booked at another nearby hotel for the same night. I thought I was getting hacked. In a panic, I called the hotel to which they then told me they had to move me to a completely different hotel next door as their reservation system was experiencing problems. I was disappointed that the new hotel room in a completely different hotel was not the same size as what I booked. It did not have a closed off living room area and I was traveling with a baby which is why I booked at this hotel for the extra space. In the new hotel, the shower door was broken and there was no soap or toiletries that are normally included at our sink. The only thing I was offered for the mix up and relocation was a $20 discount for the smaller room. This is not the Hilton service I am use to and we stay frequently.

This is a very nice hotel to stay in, if you are coming to Florida for the disney parks and also has great ambience and complimentary breakfast as well. The place also has a swimming pool too and a target store nearby as well. Coming to the rooms, it has a small kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, living room etc., I was extremely happy with the hotel and the room service too.
