  Major issue with their level of service at this location! So overall I would give this an average rating only because it’s a decent location and the room was well appointed. But the near pitiful level of care and concern for the customer they show when they’ve made a mistake is appalling and therefore I’ll likely never book at this location again. Hilton through their app at least, allows you to check in ahead of time and even allows you to hand select your own room (s). Cool feature right? Well did you know they can completely ignore that selection and do whatever THEY want with your rooms? Why have that feature if it legitimately means absolutely nothing? I checked in and chose my two rooms next to each other because I was traveling with my daughter and her boyfriend. She is legally an adult but as a mother it’s still important to be very close for many personal reasons. When we arrived at the hotel they’d given away one of my rooms without contacting me and without explanation. And at that point had no rooms next to each other to replace it. Or if they did they never offered. So just keep that in mind should you ever need to book at this location. In addition I might add I did receive a text while staying there to check in on my stay. I let them know I was still very upset about the room situation. Crickets. Literal extended silence, void of space wider than the Grand Canyon, deep abyss void of any further contact, crickets. Let that sink in on how this Hilton at least handles an issue. God help you if anything happens that’s of a serious nature.

  We had a wonderful stay at Home2 Suites in Winter Garden and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist Kai was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional—such a great first impression, she even greeted us with a water bottle for each guest. The room itself was spotless. We stayed in a queen bedroom suite, and it was truly phenomenal: clean, spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. The beds and bedrooms were pristine, and everything felt fresh and well cared for. The breakfast honestly deserves a special mention—it’s one of the best continental breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel in this category. Plenty of options, fresh fruit & yogurt, well organized, real plateware & silverware, what a great way to start the day. We had an appointment at the medical center next door, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient, which made an already stressful day feel so much easier. Overall, our stay was seamless, comfortable, and truly enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to return, and after this experience, I’ll definitely be choosing Home2 Suites whenever possible going forward. Highly recommend!

  Roomy. Clean. Comfortable. Pleasant staff. My only suggestion is bottle water in the room . I was told it is offered upon request, but after youve turned in for the night and need a little refreshment before bed it becomes an inconvenience.

  Stayed at a lot of Home2Suites, this location is definitely at the top. Hotel and rooms smelled great, super clean. Some of the friendliest staff I've encountered. Cool take on breakfast with typical fare and easy to make your own sandwiches. My only letdowns were the shower pressure and the beds weren't super comfortable for me, but could 100% just be my personal preference. Well done!
