- CTChristian Thomas1 day ago2.0First room we were given the shower was full of hair and the drain cover was left pulled out and the drain was full of hair 🤢 which tells me it was never cleaned. Second room we were given had mystery splatters on the lamp shade and bathroom wall. Dining area was nice. But the rooms were disgusting. Definitely will not be back
- SBsheila butler3 days ago4.0Complaints: ice machine did not work on the seventh floor. The housekeepers kept turning the air conditioning down into the 60s in our room every time they clean. That’s way too cold. Kudos: Location is good. Hanna on the front desk offered to take and mail a letter for me that didn’t go out for a whole day from the front desk. She mailed it on her way home. What an employee!!! Reward such a proactive employee!
- ZBZack BertaNov 16, 20255.0Wow! What a magical hotel. Very convenient location to DisneyWorld, but far enough from the traffic. Quick 10 minute drive to most parks. Close to Orlando International, 30 minute drive with tolls. Love the large storage and endless counter space, which is so rare for a hotel! Our room had a full size fridge, microwave and sink. Outdoor pool and multiple fire pits were such an added bonus. If you stay on a high floor on the north side, you can have a view of the DisneyWorld fireworks nightly at 9 or 10 PM! Highly recommend for a magical stay, even if you’re not going to DisneyWorld!

Do not get fooled by the "free breakfast" crap. It's all frozen grossness that's just heated up. And housekeeping is nonexistent. Even after you pay for your stay, they charge you several hundred more dollars as a "deposit". Definitely some bullshit for an expensive hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!!
- HDHilal DursunNov 3, 20251.0Breakfast was incredible bad The restaurant stuff does not clean the tables for the next customer 2 days I had to clean some other customer left over dishes on the table and use cleaning wipes The floor are very dirty, there is no one greats you You try to serve your selfe in a surviyor area A lady name called Martha was very rude While I was holding the baby in my arms She sad you can’t take anything that’s it she close the Curtion on my face .. I recommend. Hilton management to change the breakfast stuff The bar stuff was friedly But again no one cleans the table or floor it was big mess Bed has bed bug and the sheet first night was night change I had to call reception to ask for change sheet Sorry I stayed many times in Orlando but this was the worse experience
