  The room we stayed in was massive. Huge!! That was wonderful. Check-in was a breeze except I was told parking was $20 and when I purchased on Expedia, it did not state that. But she removed that fee. Our room was feet away from the ice machine so you heard every time when someone got ice. Walls are thin. Since this is close to Disney, also heard kids and doors close later at night & in the early morning. Beds were comfortable. Full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher and even some housewares. So it’s great if you want to stay here with home amenities. Lots of storage more than I’ve ever seen in other hotels. Bathroom is very nice. Location is great. Breakfast; it’s a normal, mostly unhealthy breakfast. But that’s America for you. He wouldn’t never see breakfast like this overseas. When we arrived so many tables were dirty. I don’t think they have the proper people who are swift enough to take care of these tables. I had to clean our table so we can get a seat. Breakfast is very busy because it’s a short amount of time with a lot of people. So they should have people working quickly to empty tables. Overall, it was a pretty good clean hotel.

  Location was good. That’s where the positivity ends. Our rooms AC wasn’t working at all we woke up hot and uncomfortable all night long after spending 12 hours driving to Orlando we didn’t get a good nights sleep. We checked out the next morning and when I mentioned to the 2 snotty girls at the front desk that our AC wasn’t working and they really need to address that for the next guests that will be staying in that room they laughed at me and half eye rolled like not having AC in Orlando is no big deal. It is a big deal. We ended up at the residence inn for the rest of the week and I’m thankful we didn’t have to spend any more of our trip at this uncomfortable heat box. We got a newer, cleaner and more accommodating facilities at residence for the price. I recommend that place over this one 100%

  Dieses Hotel ist hervorragend geeignet für einen Besuch in einem der Disney Parks. In 15-20 Minuten (je nach Verkehr) ist man im Park. Das Hotel ist sehr neu, die gesamte Gegend dort ebenfalls. Abends lässt es sich in den zahlreichen Restaurants teils wirklich sehr gut speisen. Alles zu Fuß gut erreichbar vom Hotel aus. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Nur die Klimaanlage kann etwas nerven, da sie nicht ganz ausgeschaltet werden kann: Der Entfeuchter läuft auch bei Stellung “off” weiter. Frühstück voll ok. - Bei der Zimmerwahl unbedingt ganz oben und mit Blick nach Norden. Beste Aussicht auf das Feuerwerk von Magic Kingdom. :)

  Didn’t get our waters at check-in. You have to schedule the Disney “shuttle” 2 hours in advance so we did it the night before. But the shuttle NEVER CAME! This was one of the main reasons we selected the hotel. The front desk said the shuttle is typically 30 minutes late IF it does come and the 7:30 shuttle that morning never came either. Why do you use such an unreliable 3rd party and offer it as a perk to guests—that’s deception! The front desk lady said we would get reimbursed for an Uber but not if we drove and parked ourselves—what’s the difference? We are in this situation because you couldn’t provide a service you advertised. Has a Target close by which is nice and good proximity to Disney. Parking is horrible. Not enough spaces so be prepared to find somewhere random to park and walk and hope you don’t get a ticket or towed—even though you are charged to park! The unfriendliness of the staff and the unreliability of their services make it an easy decision to never stay here again.

  Location was excellent! Love the Flamingo Crossing area. So close to Disney and convenient to shopping and restaurants. There is a Target within walking distance of the hotel. The smallest Target I have ever been in, but it worked for what we needed. The front desk staff were always incredibly friendly. And it was nice to have a food and bar option within the hotel. Our room was huge, but felt incredibly empty with a lot of wasted space. It was nice to have a full-size refrigerator and a dishwasher. We stayed in the two bedroom suite. I wish they had used a lot of the extra space to put in a second bathroom. That would’ve been nice. Our extra linens were dirty. Visible stains on the blanket when I took it out to use it. Also, some of the air conditioner units were controlled by wall panels, and others were controlled on the unit. I felt that was a little strange. And when the air was off the room smelt a little musty. That was odd to me considering how new the hotel was. The pool area looked nice, although it was too cool when we were there to use it. Would definitely stay again considering I only paid $115 per night. So the value was excellent. The space was just a bit odd.
