DO NOT BOOK AT HOME2 SUITES at Flamingo Crossing! I stayed in early December for three nights and booked through a third-party site rather than directly with the hotel. Two weeks prior to check-in, I called the hotel to confirm my reservation and room type, and everything was confirmed as correct. However, upon arrival on my check-in date, my reservation had mysteriously disappeared. The hotel was only able to rebook me into a downgraded room. They pulled the classic bait-and-switch. I had no real choice but to accept the downgraded room, as it was almost midnight after driving for over seven hours. The front desk staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. I provided documentation from the third-party booking site clearly showing that I had booked a specific room category, but since I did not book directly with the hotel, they were dismissive and showed little interest in resolving the issue. This was especially disappointing as I have been a Hilton Honors member for over 15 years. At checkout, I was informed that my folio would be emailed to me so I could request a refund for the price difference from the third-party provider as my room was downgraded after their bait and switch tactic. The folio was NEVER sent/emailed. I later called the front desk to request it again and provided my confirmation number, the credit card used for incidentals, and all required verification details. Despite this, the staff member I spoke with, Blanca, refused to send the folio and was extremely unprofessional and rude, providing no customer service whatsoever. I asked to speak with a supervisor in hopes that the issue could be resolved, and she responded rudely, “There is no supervisor do you want me to INVENT one for you?” She then abruptly hung up the phone. It is clear that if you book through a third party rather than directly with the hotel, your business is not valued. They also over book and downgrade your room with out warning. The room itself was acceptable and what you would typically expect at this type of hotel, while not completely spotless, it was sufficient for a three-night stay while visiting the parks. I will never stay here again, and I strongly recommend booking somewhere else. To the hotel representative who may respond to this review: Please save yourself the trouble and instead focus your time and energy on properly training your staff, especially Blanca, on how to provide quality customer service. Her behavior was rude and combative, and highly unprofessional.

Plus and Minus Easy check-in available through the Hilton Honors app - go straight to your room without stopping at the front desk. Which is a good thing because front desk staff are rarely visible and extremely hard to reach by phone. You can even pre-pick your room number! Four working elevators so you don't have to wait forever to move about the property. The rooms are spacious, nice kitchen amenities (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, plates, glasses, etc). Moveable table and chair. Sitting area is ok. The sofa (sofa-sleeper) is nice but needs to be replaced. The springs are shot in the sofa and the mattress; squeaky and noisy. The bathroom is EXTREMELY SMALL, small shower, poor water pressure, broken shower head. Asked for extra pillows and was told "we're out of pillows - don't have any. What??!!?? Parking is not ideal - especially when you have to pay $20 per night for parking. Only 5 or 6 handicapped spots for the entire property. A parking garage is nearby but then you're handicapped it's very inconvenient. Free breakfast is good; hot and cold items. However it opens one hour later in the weekends so early birds don't get a chance to have a peaceful breakfast. (Mon-Fri opens at 6am; Sat and Sun opens at 7am). Waiting lines for food and tables forms fast. Patio seating helps. Location is nice. Close to WDW parks and local dining.

Great rooms here. We got a better rate here than at Homewood Suites, which is literally attached to this hotel. They share the same pool. Great breakfast here. Check in line was longer than I would have liked. If you’re going to Dis eh World, either drive yourself or use Uber/Lyft. The shuttle is not efficient.

For those in town for Disney, this hotel is comfortably close. The rooms are well equipt kitchen wise and the double studio comfortable fit 5. They also have a great included breakfast. Highly recommend for a quick trip alternative to staying on Disney property.

Stayed here for a quick night to start our recent Disney trip. Honestly didn't really care for our room--it felt a little odd with barren walls, and the carpets were oddly damp. But, I absolutely did love the easy-access EV charging (lvl 2 only), and I must say, the breakfast offering completely blew any other Home2 we've stayed at, out of the water. Truly an awesome breakfast that kept us full well into our first Disney park day this trip. Location was completely fine, had no issue driving to Magic Kingdom and being one of the first in line for early entry. Would consider staying here again if I can get a good rate.
