  Overall, our stay was great until the end. Staff assumed we had checked out because Uber came early in the morning to pick us up. They didn’t realize that our family would be going back into the room prior to check out time to take the food we had left behind. Between 630 and 8 AM… Someone went into the room and took all the food that my family had planned on taking and using for breakfast that morning. Taking the food is not the issue… Enter entering the room prior to checkout time is the problem. Clearly staff are watching and waiting to approach the room to take what was left behind. Hilton Staff listened, but did nothing about it. Claimed to give a $50 credit, but didn’t even do that

  Jonathan, the activities director is a liar. He told my husband that he would call, Alex, who is a third party vendor for the arcade, to refill the prizes, so my family spent $200 on games and won almost 5000 tickets. It was awesome! However, the third party vendor never came and filled it (we checked every day multiple times.) Then 4 days later when we were checking out, it was still not filled. We went to the front desk who reached out to Jonathan. Jonathan told someone at the front desk to tell us they came and filled it the day before. They did not fill anything. This sounds like a tedious thing to complain about and I probably would not leave a review if this Jonathan person wasn't a liar, but the point blank lie to brush us off because he wasn't working our last day was a terrible thing to do to my 5 year old son. Terrible way to end our vacation to Florida from Massachusetts, Jonathan! ***All the other staff was excellent. They can and should run the activities without Jonathan. If it weren't for Jonathan I would have given a 5 star review.***

  STAY SWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY. This place is so dated and gross. I don’t know why it is a HGV property. The room was dirty… I literally had to clean our bathrooms so our daughters could use it. There were also bugs inside our room. The walls our so thin we were constantly hearing our neighbors conversation…. They probably heard ours also. We were told Disney would be 10 minutes away… it actually was over 20. When we went to the timeshare presentation, the three employees that we spoke to said that that property is very dated and it’s going to be renovated soon. I can’t believe we paid to stay here. Overall horrible experience.

  We had booked this room long before our travel and it didn't disappoint. The room was large, the activities included in the resort fee are nice although we only used one of them. Location is good about half an hour from most parks. Staff was very friendly. The only thing that wasn't perfect where the floors. Try to get a room on the highest floor. We had a family with running kids above us early in the morning and that was something you could hear very good. But that's really a small downside, we might return in the future.

  We stayed at this resort for our Disney vacation trip and absolutely fell in love with the suite. The room came with everything you need for a home away from home. We were able to control our thermostat to set temperatures to our liking and also able to do laundry after spending time at one of the three heated pools. The amenities are the best. I really enjoyed bicycling with my family of seven. All the staff were very friendly in passing, always greeting and smiling. I reached out to the hotel for dinner recommendations, and they did not disappoint. The food was amazing. I love that the restaurant is located near the pool for easy access to light snacks like french fries and a cold beer. The best part of it all we were less than 6 miles from Walt Disney World.
