This resort is adequately staffed and the water park is exactly as pictured on the Hilton website. It was perfect for the two children in our group: ages 8 and 10. The staff at the Shipwreck cafe were extremely friendly and the food was reasonably priced for a tourist destination. The rooms and bathrooms were extremely spacious and we did not get much overflow noise from surrounding rooms.

Day 1 after check in, we were harassed by a sarcastic and smug guy to buy time shares (the 2nd most stupidest investment a person can make after meme stocks). The facilities were great and the rooms were decent, they hadn’t put in full bottles of body wash though. Good location for Disney and universal but every other great restaurant or hangout spot in Orlando is almost an hours drive away

Check in fine. Run down rooms, run down area. Not kept up well at all. Most staff does not speak English. Security makes up rules without any posting and are not consistent between staff. Not family friendly what so ever. Guests complain of children being loud and playing in pool area. Will not stay ever again. Do not recommend at all.

I have to say I am a bit disappointed with Hilton as far as the landscaping and roadway in and around the property. Although we have a new acquisition here...still yet, we should see further investment in the roads, rooms, headcount, etc...the service was commendable especially given what appears to be a skeleton crew. I shall return in a short while to experience hopefully an improvement...I mean...$175 in resort fees plus tax...you cant just throw a game room in there and operate the outdoor activities like it's some summer camp...come on now ...Hilton let's open your pockets and let the Benjamins see daylight ...

We only stayed one day but no problems. 3 star for rooms is because you can hear everything. Would suggest getting a top floor room if you can. The amenities were good, for a day or two. Mini golf, paddle boats, pools, and also a bar for adults at kid pool which was nice for some in our group. Lots of restaurants within a 10 to 15 minute drive also.
