  Dirty, dust everywhere, rugs had spills, hair in bathroom. Broken door hinges, banged up walls. Not worth the money.

  I spent 2 nights with a baby. The hotel room was nice and spacious but there was a horrible musky smell in the room ..like old dirty wet carpet ..it so soo bad I left with a migrate! I don't think its healthy for anyone to inhale that! My room was on the 5th floor

  Started out well meeting the cuban gentleman at the front desk. Cannot remember his name, but he was really nice and professional. Room looked ok. Clean not necessarily. Appliances and stove top were poorly kept. Found a roach returning to the room from the laundry. Machines were absolutely grosss. No real helpful services. Washer Dryer cost each $3.25 + $.25 Svc fee.

  I checked into room 101 around 6 pm with my family and the room smelled strongly of freshly cooked deep fried fish. This was not a faint or old odor. It smelled like someone had been frying fish just hours before we arrived. The smell was so strong you could smell it down the hallway before even entering the room. When I inspected the kitchen, it was obvious why. There were grease stains all over the stove, the stove walls, and the air duct. This room was clearly used for cooking shortly before our check in and was never properly cleaned or aired out. I asked for another room immediately and was told this was the last one available. I was assured maintenance would clean it. Maintenance came and did a rushed, low quality job. The smell was still there and the kitchen was still dirty. Because my family was already settled and exhausted, I had no choice but to go to the store, buy cleaning supplies, and clean the room myself. That is not what anyone should be doing after paying for a hotel stay. I would have changed hotels immediately if there had been any available options closer to the airport. The only reason we stayed was due to location and lack of nearby availability, not because the issue was resolved. To make it worse, when I asked the cleaner if the kitchen had been used before we arrived, his tone changed immediately. That alone raised concerns about honesty and accountability. This is not just about inconvenience. This is about cleanliness, sanitation, and basic respect for guests. A room that smells like fresh fried food with visible grease should never be assigned to a family. It feels careless and unprofessional, and it makes me question the overall hygiene standards of this property. I am extremely disappointed and concerned. This experience was stressful, frustrating, and completely avoidable. I would not recommend staying here unless management takes cleanliness and guest concerns seriously.

  I reserved a one-bedroom suite, but the room we were given was just a few feet from a high-traffic road. The noise comes straight through the wall-mounted A/C–heater unit, and the older-style unit is loud even on the lowest setting. We asked about moving rooms. A courtyard room (not a suite) was a bit quieter in terms of road noise, but the hallway door still let in a lot of sound from people walking by and talking. On top of that, the ice machine was audible from down the hall and through the door. The hotel was fully booked during our stay, so there were no other options available. It also seems to be a popular place for guests visiting the nearby hospital, which is completely fine—just know that it makes the property feel very busy, and for us, consistently noisy. The hall outside our door smelled like weed. The bathroom faucet is too short for the sink, so the water stream hits very close to the front edge of the basin. When washing your hands, it’s hard to avoid splashing, and a lot of water ends up on the counter. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t stay here again. If you’re sensitive to noise, bring earplugs or consider staying elsewhere (the Marriott next door looked newer and may be quieter). The room was clean.
