  I had a bit of a wait for my room, but Marlon was on point with his customer service! While checking in on room availability with the cleaning staff, he was also handling multiple guest requests and check ins all by himself. It was a very busy check in day, but I appreciated his professional and courteous demeanor.

  I stayed 2/15 thru 2/20 and the receptionist help me find a room on the first floor upon check in due too I do not like elevators and the cook Anna cooked a different breakfast everyday with excellent hospitality everyday. Please send here to other location to up scale your services. Thank you all.

  The shower water pressure was very weak. However, the location and overall service were very good. Since I have a leg injury, I really appreciated that you assigned us a room close to the elevator—it was very thoughtful. Breakfast was also delicious. One thing to note is that the fitness center is quite small for a hotel of this size.

  Dirty, dust everywhere, rugs had spills, hair in bathroom. Broken door hinges, banged up walls. Not worth the money.
