  Took a trip here with my wife for a little vacation to West Palm. The room was neat and clean. I like the fact that the bedroom had a separate door. The shower head is super low flow and it took forever to take a proper shower. Good morning, breakfast is okay. Your usual baked items, dry cereal, and waffles. The day I checked it out there were eggs and tater tots. No sausage, no bacon. Kind of disappointed. It's located in a nice area just off 95.

  The woman who prepares and stocks breakfast is very rude to guest and always scolding and talking down to guest and reprimanding them for using an improper 'cup' or the wrong 'plate' . She scolded my wife for taking a small to go container to our handicapped son who cannot physically come to breakfast.

  I called on 10/4 as my mother who’s clearly losing her mind I informed me she left her wallet under a pillow in room 224. I called and got I think I guy named Daniel. I asked if anyone turned in a black coach wallet. He immediate says no. Doesn’t go look, call someone just no. I let him know we checked out 10/2 and I want him to ask the housekeeper who cleaned the room. He proceeds to tell me it’s been turned over twice. I tell him I need to housekeeper assigned to clean that room asked where is the wallet. Unless they don’t clean the rooms, I don’t know why he fixated on it being turned over twice. This is poor comprehension and service. I need a manager to find the staff that cleaned the room on 10/2 and find out why she or he didn’t turn in the wallet. I know it was taken by someone there as my mom has fraud charges in her BofA account and $790 in cash was it. Management needs to also retrain whoever was on the desk 10.4.25 at 6:19 pm as you can’t tell people no immediately when you don’t even put down the phone to go look in the safe or back room. I worked in a hotel and a lost wallet is not kept at the front reception! I doubt he’s looking into it and I need it investigated.

  What a nice hotel! The food for breakfast was delicious and there's coffee and tea and water to drink all day which is huge for me!! The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and smelled clean all the time. The room was a nice size and the hotel was quiet. The pool was clean and usable the entire time. There's an outside grill and patio which was relaxing! I highly recommend this hotel.

  Stayed here recently with friends that came from out of town and had a good experience overall. The rooms were spacious and clean, and having a full kitchen was a nice bonus for a longer stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent; not fancy, but convenient. The location made it easy to get around West Palm. Would stay again.
