It would have been easier to say "sorry nothing here" - but she went beyond her duty to check everywhere until she was successful!The front desk was also amazing (glasses, reddish hair - sorry I think Chrissy?) Shout out to our breakfast person as well , she was very helpful and went the extra mile.

Waited few minutes for check in and no one came so called hotel and found 2-employees were sitting right there and no one even bothered to come to front Desk until I phoned. When I said “unbelievable” didn’t you see me here I was waiting for check in? The reply was “I know”
