Waited few minutes for check in and no one came so called hotel and found 2-employees were sitting right there and no one even bothered to come to front Desk until I phoned. When I said “unbelievable” didn’t you see me here I was waiting for check in? The reply was “I know”

I went to the gym before heading to work only to find out I can't shower because there's no water. I called the front desk and they seemed as if they could care less. They did absolutely nothing except say "sorry there's nothing we can do" Note: This was not an emergency or something unavoidable on their part because they told me they had a company out working on the water which is why they shut it down. This was something scheduled that they could've warned us about.

PopStroke bar right next door has great food and drink. The hotel was a great stay the night before flying home.

The moved the microwave but that didn't work. After 2 days we spoke to Natalie and they moved us to another room. Blinds in the room were broken and no according to the front desk clerk they were not on a chain. Housekeeping never came. We had another guest with us and her trashcan had things in it when she checked into her room. The ice maker on the 5th floor isn't working. We told 3 people, one woman laughed at me when I told her. Some of the staff was very pleasant the girls at the breakfast area always do a great job. Location is great but... not the best experience this trip.
