Hotel ist dann doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten auf unserer Reise bereits ein Holiday Inn, dass war um einiges besser und neuer. Hotel war das teuerste unserer Reise. Würde leider nicht nochmal buchen. Für eine Übergangsnacht vorm Abflug war es ansich dann ok.

Room smelled awful, musty smell. Made it hard to sleep. Bathroom was dirty. There were facial hairs in sink from previous occupant. Would NOT stay here again

This hotel serves a really nice breakfast and coffee. The staff were all friendly. One thing we noticed is on the 3rd floor one of the doors was badly damaged. I'm not sure if someone tried to break in, but this should be replaced. It was a quiet hotel and we would stay here again.

We booked 2 rooms, 1 through Priceline and the other through Expedia. Confirmed the one through Priceline 2 days prior with Holiday Inn reservation, gave us a confirmation number to use. Checked in for Expedia reservation and got my key, proceeded to check in for the Priceline resv. and was told that it didn't exist. I showed the front desk clerk, Georgia I believe, all the confirmations, and she told me there were no rooms. Mind you it's 7pm and I have a family member arriving for that room in a hour. I asked Georgia if there were any other rooms, what could be done to accommodate my reservation, she said nothing. I contacted Priceline and they again re-confirmed that I had a room paid for and reserved. I asked Georgia if there was 2 beds in my room I checked in for, no. At this point I was frustrated, Georgia was not doing anything to help me, I ended up booking another hotel room at a different hotel and put my family member there.
So far this has added up to over $1000 and I'm pissed because the customer service was not evident or helpful. I did try the next day to recover the reservation with HI and got cut off so I contacted Priceline and told them the issue and they were great, immediately refunded my money and again told me the reservation had been received by HI and confirmed.
The location of this hotel is not accommodating to area, parking is nonexistent and not a safe area.
