I would have understood if they charged us but didn’t even clean our rooms or bring us extra blankets or towels. Finding out extra fees is deep. Never staying here again.

Breakfast was pretty standard, but wasn't all that delicious (biscuits & gravy, sausage, premade mini-omelets, pancakes, oatmeal, cereal, breads and bagels and muffins to toast, and hard-boiled eggs and yogurt as the cold items)
