We are locals but stayed at this location because of a wine tasting it held. We had dinner at Osteria and it was fantastic. Their rigatoni in beef bolognese was memorable. BUT, that was the only good thing we experienced. I must say, it’s been a very long time since I have been completely disgusted and grossed out by a hotel room, but they achieved it. The windows were absolutely filthy with huge chunks of mold/fungus/mildew so you could barely see out. Then I discovered that the “stuff” wasn’t just on the outside of the windows, but also on the inside. I was afraid to touch anything and normally I use the in room coffee pot, but given the fact that they couldn’t clean something so obviously filthy like the windows, I certainly wasn’t going to risk using something less obvious from a hygiene standpoint like the coffee pot. When we went downstairs to check out the person at the desk asked if everything was okay and I said “no, it definitely wasn’t”. She said okay, have a good day and walked away. She clearly couldn’t have cared less. We made the mistake of having breakfast at their restaurant before we left and both of us were very sick for the rest of the day. I highly recommend picking a different location to stay at if you have the option to do so.

Attended a wedding here, stayed in room 620, water pressure was awful, think not getting shampoo or conditioner fully rinsed out of your hair awful. The room was small and cramped, the bed was too hard, all of us woke up with hip pain, tossing and turning to adjust to the discomfort, the pillows were not pancake flat, but crepe flat, it was a poor sleeping experience overall. The doors slammed shut which is also fun to wake to wake up to. The grounds were nice and well maintained. Service was overall poor, but Sam, waitress in the pool area, was a bright spot, very friendly and helpful. The location is great, which IMO is the only reason one would choose this hotel.

I stayed here for three nights on a business trip and really liked it. The lobby was upscale and even scented. The room was clean an spacious and had a pleasant view over the pool. Staff was friendly and efficient. I am especially surprised because the hotel doubles as a conference/ convention hotel, but it feels like a normal luxury hotel.

$1200 a night, stuck at an event most of the day and came back to finally enjoy the amenities of the hotel and they closed down the pool bar at 5pm!!!! That's embarrassing for a hotel in south Florida. This place is a no go for me. They will not be getting anymore of my money or my business in the future. I will warn my friends and business partners as well.

We had a lovely stay here. Location for west Palm is great with easy walking to restaurants at city place. Ameer, at the front desk, in particular was very kind and attentive. My only recommendation would be to improve the shuttle/circuit; especially the one going around town. It’s a lot on the drivers to coordinate the rides in real time while also driving; a software/reservation system/ or designated loop would be better for both driver and riders alike.
