  Great location and nice lobby. Got offered an upgrade to a suite. I went ahead & did it, asked for a pool view. I did not get a pool view, I think there was a mistake when assigning my room. It was brought to the attention of the front desk staff. I was already unpacked & settled so I didn’t want to switch rooms but I just wanted to let them know the situation. The gave me a $25 voucher for the mistake. The suite I stayed in was nice, there were some parts of it that needed a little TLC, like a fresh paint of coat or some new upgrades. I’m not going to complain too much as I only stayed in the room to sleep as I was out the whole time for work. & it was in a quiet area which made me happy. Overall, great location, rooms could be improved with some updates.

  I don't usually leave reviews but for the cost I can't ignore it. The floors were dirty, staff was rude completely disappointed. Our air conditioning was broken in our room, we had staff in and out of the room until almost midnight. I get it, things happen, it is in how the staff handles it that matters and they were less than accommodating. Engineer was great, support staff could care less.

  I was brought to West Palm Beach by a client for work and after an incident regarding the incidental deposit card and the reservation, Alex and the front desk manager worked with the client over my personal phone to figure out a solution and get me checked in. I respect the determination to find a solution and work outside the norm. It's greatly appreciated. The bars, restaurants, and shops have great, friendly staff. The aesthetic is sharp and elegant with local flair. The place is clean and well managed. The location is within walking distance of several locations worth checking out (restaurants, art museum, shopping, etc). My only issue is parking but parking is an issue everywhere. What are you gonna do? If you are going to West Palm Beach, you should stay here.

  stayed here for one night and cost almost $300 because online says one price but then there’s additional fees, including resort fees, and valet parking only $55 per night and not included in these fees. they also put a security deposit on your card but you do get that back. just be prepared for all these hidden fees that aren’t mentioned at booking and it feels overwhelming amt charged to your card then we you originally anticipated. a four star because a plus side was the hotel has it’s on transport bus/car to take you anywhere you want, wish it was available past 9pm though. rooms were clean but my bathroom didn’t have a vent so it got humid and took forever to dry out.

  I came here for a birthday happy hour at galley restaurant with the girls and when I arrived you had to valet park $10 with validated ticket, as soon as I stepped out my car my strap on my dress popped 😩 I ran inside and was greeted by the front desk! They asked if I was checking in I quickly said no and asked if they had a safety pin as my dress strap had broke! One girl at the desk said hold on let me go check as she begin to walk to the back Keshia came up and said “are you sure you want a pin I can sew it for you if you want” omg it was like an angel talking to me! I was panicking because where my strap broke it was no way to tie it so her sewing it saved me!! I want to say thank you to both those women working tonight they jumped right into action for me! I didn’t stay at this hotel but the customer service was great! The hotel bartender was great as well he made me a perfect margarita…it was delicious!! I will return just for a drink and chat with the staff!!
