Nice hotel and good staff but the location could be better. Yes, it's close to the airport but there is nothing within walking distance

Overall, my stay at the Hilton Palm Beach was good. The location is convenient and close to the beach and nearby attractions. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and helpful. Amenities were adequate and met expectations. A decent option for a stay in the area.

Always have a great stay here because of the staff. Been coming here for years. Anytime I have a layover in PBI this is my spot. From the check-in at the front desk with Jaclyn and Stephanie, whom were amazing as usual. To the outdoor tiki bar with Jess and Toni, who always offer a friendly face and humorous banter. Even the new complimentary smores offering at the outside fire pit in the evenings. Breakfast is buffet but with the omelet station is one of the better hotel offered breakfasts under the Hilton brand. I have probably spent over a 100 nights in this hotel over the course of the last 4 years, alot of changes have happened with policy, drink coupons, food credits, restaurant name and menu... while I may not like all of the management's policy changes the staff has consistently been one of the best in the business and at the end of the day thats what matters most. Every hotel has a bed and amenities and while these are as important, the staff largest factor in what sets hotels apart and this Hilton has some of the best staff in the business.

I arrived at this Hilton property with high expectations, given its prime location and its role as the designated hotel for the Trump Dinner registration for the Mar-a-Lago event in Palm Beach. Unfortunately, the experience fell well below the standards typically associated with the Hilton brand.
The hotel does not offer valet parking, which is unexpected for a property supporting high-profile events. Upon entering my room, I discovered that there was no heating system, and the room remained uncomfortably cold. The maintenance staff advised me to turn off the air conditioner entirely, explaining that the hotel does not provide heat, and suggested I request blankets instead. I ordered two blankets, which took over 30 minutes to be delivered.
The overall physical condition of the hotel was also disappointing. There was a noticeable humidity odor throughout the property, many of the doors appeared visibly worn, and the bathroom amenities were of very low quality, comparable to a budget accommodation rather than a Hilton.
Given the service quality, comfort level, and maintenance standards observed, this property is more in line with a 2-star experience. For future events of this caliber, it may be advisable for organizers to consider partnering with a hotel that offers greater comfort and guest support.
