Stayed here Feb 22 to Feb 26. On the 26th, I Left some small things in the room, I called them at 10am same say to make sure they could help me round up the items and place at front desk so I can come by before going to the airport. Hotel agreed and told me to come by front desk to get things back. I arrived at the front desk 4pm to retrieve my belongings but front desk was entirely unaware and needed to call housekeeping. I was late for my flight so I told them I’d come back the following week. It is March 1st Sunday today, I just called the hotel and no one knows where my items are. The manager team is not on site today so my things “could be anywhere and there’s no way to be sure”.
Overall an extremely negative experience. Room wise- was not the cleanest, hairs were still in shower after cleaning each day.
I looked through the other reviews to see if mine would sound like a single whiner, but apparently not. Clearly this hotel and the staff need to reevaluate their understanding of the service industry.
I have been an Hilton Honors Gold Member for about 15 years with the occasional year hitting Diamond and have stayed at Hiltons all over the United States. This Hilton BY FAR has the absolute most rude and horrible staff I have ever experienced. I contacted Hilton Honors and submitted a case regarding my complaints and never heard back for more than a week, so I checked up and found out that a "manager" completely lied and also claimed to have called me back, which also was a lie.
Here's the kicker, other than a horrible staff, which is clearly well documented in other reviews, and very gross rooms... My final bill was wrong, which is a problem considering that I have to do a reimbursement. I have repeatedly called to have the bill fixed, but nobody cares and refuse to call me back. The insane part? My bill isn't in the hotels favor, it's in my favor... They didn't charge me for two nights. So yes, I AM TRYING TO GET SOMEONE TO CALL ME SO I CAN PAY THEM THE TWO NIGHTS THAT THEY DIDNT CHARGE ME, AND THEY REFUSE TO CALL ME BACK!!! Never in my wildest dreams would I ever think that could have happened.
Well, screw you Hilton, I'm not gonna answer if you ever do call and I'll just keep my money. Oh and I'm also going to burn through my couple hundred thousand points and stay on your dime and then cancel my Honors and my Amex and switch over to Marriot. Bonvoy-age Hilton!!

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Palm Beach. From the moment I arrived the staff were pleasant and warm, creating a welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for the entire visit. Murat, the front desk manager, was phenomenal—always friendly, professional, and attentive to every need, making check-in and every interaction effortless. Breakfast each morning was top notch, with an outstanding omelet station and restaurant staff who were efficient and genuinely kind. My room was comfortable, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing stay. Small touches throughout the property added to the experience and showed genuine care for guests. I highly recommend the Hilton Palm Beach for anyone looking for excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a delicious breakfast to start the day.

Management at this hotel is not customer friendly at all. I attended a business even at at Hilton Palm Beach PBI on 1/30 - from 8 am to 4pm. By mistake I booked my reservation for 1/30 to 1/31. When I checked in one day early on 1/29 - no one said - "You are checking in 1 day early or do you mean to stay 2 days" NOTHING. I asked for a late check out for 1/30 they said no, again nothing like "You have 2 nights why would you want early check out".
They charged me 2 nights but I stayed 1 night!
Hilton Honors Customer Service seemed to agree with me and asked the PBI Management to return one night to me but PBI Management stuck to their guns and lied that I reserved 2 nights - not realizing when you make a reservation they email you a confirmation - clearly it is for 1 night. I did not authorize 2 nights.
I hope to never have to go to this hotel again, management does not seem to accept any responsibility for any mistakes and they are not very customer friendly to attempt to make the guest happy or whole. I clearly had blame in this but so did the hotel.
UPDATE - The hotel wrote a little note below my review to reach out to them to try to find a resolution. I did, I left them a message and they have not reached back to me to speak. Overall, seems like they are not interested in any resolution contrary to the response they posted.
