- RSRaymond Sanchez3 days ago3.0Just checked out of this Hilton Garden Inn on Tuesday after spending three nights start off by saying I live in New York City and Southeast Florida is my home away from home that being said I had stayed at this particular hotel previously and didn’t have any issues which is why I chose it a second time, but I can say this will be my last time staying here as my third night. I noticed the room was infested with cockroaches. On waking up in the middle of the night and turning the light on a big old cockroach crawled across the desk and I was mortified. I was so disgusted. I wanted to walk out immediately to the staff at the Hilton garden in West Palm Beach. You need to have your rooms fumigated as an infestation of this kind is unacceptable. It’s a health hazard, and your staff needs to rectify it immediately.

If you have big luggage it will be a challenge. The cleaning lady went in my room and touch things she was not suppose to. Is close to the outlet if you like shopping... The area is ok.. $7 for parking...
