Lors du check-in, la réception nous a demandé si nous souhaitions un nettoyage quotidien de la chambre, ce que nous avons accepté. Malheureusement, cela n’a pas été respecté durant le séjour. De plus, le gel douche s’est vidé au cours de notre séjour et n’a jamais été remplacé, malgré une étiquette dans la chambre indiquant que les produits seraient réapprovisionnés à chaque passage du service de ménage lorsque nécessaire. Nous avons également remarqué une odeur persistante de cannabis dans l’ascenseur certain jour. Enfin, le petit déjeuner reste assez basique. Un séjour globalement correct, mais avec des détails qui mériteraient plus d’attention.

Also, around the corner you have easy access to restaurants, target, and clothing stores. We didn’t interact too much with the staff, but the few times they friendly and helpful.

Room is comfortable, bed is a bit firm for our tastes but still comfortable. Hot water easily ready and lasts for a great shower. We didn't try the breakfast buffet but there is one available (additional charge however). Parking is in a garage, entrance and exit are the roadway between building and garage
- RSRaymond SanchezNov 21, 20253.0Just checked out of this Hilton Garden Inn on Tuesday after spending three nights start off by saying I live in New York City and Southeast Florida is my home away from home that being said I had stayed at this particular hotel previously and didn’t have any issues which is why I chose it a second time, but I can say this will be my last time staying here as my third night. I noticed the room was infested with cockroaches. On waking up in the middle of the night and turning the light on a big old cockroach crawled across the desk and I was mortified. I was so disgusted. I wanted to walk out immediately to the staff at the Hilton garden in West Palm Beach. You need to have your rooms fumigated as an infestation of this kind is unacceptable. It’s a health hazard, and your staff needs to rectify it immediately.
