    Pros- location, 1 comfortable bed, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig in room, lots of shelved cabinets for belongings , and on site restaurant. Cons - price, no sink for kitchen, little counter space, no safe, no make up mirror, AC unit doesn't stay on, and no door on bedroom for unit listed as a 1 bedroom suite. For the price, breakfast should be included. No hot water at night either. The 1 bedroom should not be listed as such as there is no privacy

    Days after we were snowed out of Boston we were finally in a plane pulling away on a 7am flight. Going home? Not to be, the plane needed a new computer, all other flights were booked. My husband was very upset. Thing started to turn around when we got a room at the Airport Hilton Garden Inn at West Palm Beach. Shout to the Head of HouseKeeping who got a room ready for us hours early. Check in was at three, it was 10:30. Also, Jason who drove us to restaurants row, and picked us up when we were ready. Last but not least, shout out to Laura, who was upbeat and helpful at every turn. While our room was ok, the people here are 5 Star. Surprising at a Garden Inn.

    Great hotel with fantastic staff!! Front desk and restaurant staff were all helpful, accommodating, funny and sincere. Avril, Tulio and Laurie all made the experience that much better!!

    I stayed at the Hampton Inn next door. When I ordered room service I found it was prepared next door at the garden inn. I ordered my dinner and walked a short distance to the restaurant. I was greeted so kindly by Ashley that I changed my order to eat in versus carry out. Damien, who had just prepared the to go order quickly switched it to plate and was brought to me promptly. Great companies are defined by those that interact with the customer. Both Ashley And Damien exemplified hiltons commitment to its customers. I am a long time Hilton honors member and will continue to support the Hilton brand when knowing those I meet that keep me coming back are recognized.
