This location is in need of a renovation and better cleanliness practices for their rooms: stained bedding, dirty bathroom, wet carpet, visual pests, etc. Additionally, safety concerns with what felt like the public able to roam in the lobby and malfunctioning deadbolts on a room. One of our team also was locked out of their room because they were erroneously checked out early. The majority of our team would never want to stay here again.

Stayed for a week for a work trip. 4th floor. Great customer service from each employee. Front desk staff are all awesome. The only downside was how the doors slam so loudly, the faucet in bathroom sink is setup to the left and kind of difficult to wash your hands without it leaking out of the sink (had to keep a towel there or my stuff would get wet - I assume this was built this way to have a more narrow sink that took less space) and the shower being so narrow and the water pressure was ok. Overall, pretty clean and smelled nice in hotel. Very comfortable and roomy with a king bed & sofa. Very nice seating area for breakfast. All housekeeping staff daily were kind and welcoming. The outside sitting area near pool should be pressure washed, it was so nice to sit out there but felt a little dirty.. it was the smoking area too. Walking distance to a neighborhood Walmart place that includes a pizza place (which wasn’t bad), Wingstop, Tropical Smoothie, Duffy’s/Longhorn Steakhouse/Burger King right across the parking lot.

First time staying in this hotel The desk clerk was super amazing and help did get a name but made sure we were taken care. I always bring water with me this time a forgot. He was so nice gave us water. That was so nice definitely recommend and will be considering staying here again☺️
