Refused to help us in any way, and when she asked him what we were supposed to do, he said “doesn’t your ‘boyfriend’ have money?” We were in town for a concert and had to drive 3.5 hours to get back home after. When we called Hilton (the parent company) to complain, they said that the rule the front desk guy was citing wasn’t even an actual rule. Just an overall horrendous experience. Stay somewhere else.
