- MGMark Gierok3 days ago5.0The hotel is a good place to stay when visiting West Palm. Conveniently located near the airport, the hotel offers shuttle service with prior notification. The hotel staff were friendly and the breakfast crew, led by Greg, were very welcoming and attentive. The buffet was a delicious way to start the day. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable, my only complaint would be the ac unit is a bit on the noisy side. We took advantage of the free shuttle service to downtown thanks to our driver Wendell. There is also a pool and exercise room which looked fine, but we didn’t really have time to use either. The onsite bar, with Ken bartending, was a good place to end the day. A final note, be sure to take advantage of the free hot cookies.
- PPPris4 days ago1.0Doubletree Hotel, y’all need to upgrade and renovate these rooms. Carpet in the room needs to be removed or cleaned. Everything in the room is old. Please do better :/ over $200 a night to stay here. Mattress hard. Please do better.
