Our Just-Right Rooms have local art for that West Palm Beach flair, as well as the comforts you expect like a 55-inch HDTV, free WiFi, refrigerated drawer, and Nespresso machine. Pool and view are phenomenal. Hit the gym if you can. Lots of equipment. They have night life/music etc. Lobby has excellent seating for connecting and workspace. Bob the shuttle guy hooked us up to and from City Place. Location could not be better. Walkable to everywhere. Shops, restaurants, and Palm Beach. Courtesy shuttle is a nice touch. I will be back. Looking forward to it. Thanks to all that made our trip special.

I travel here often for work and tried all the Hiltons in the West Palm area and the is far and above the best and this is mainly due to the wonderful people who work here. I am always so happy to be greeted by Seth's smiling face when I arrive. He always remembers me and always goes above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. He has helped me out several times when I have been in a pinch with late bookings and extending stays. Jess is also an absolute sweetheart and has gone above and beyond to help accommodate requests and support my stay in any way she can. Always welcoming with a friendly smile. The bartenders at treehouse amazing (although names are escaping me) and the food is always on point. It's tough to find a hotel that actually has good restaurants. Overall I would highly recommend this location based on people alone! I travel approximately half the year and have stayed in Hiltons across the country but this one truly feels like home. Thank you for being awesome 💚

She was attentive without ever being intrusive, always checking in at the perfect moment and recommending delicious options from the menu. You can tell she truly enjoys her job because her energy and kindness make the whole experience feel special. Catalina’s service was exceptional and absolutely stood out.
