The Canopy and the Ben are the two best places to stay in West Palm Beach. You can't go wrong with either establishment as you are near everything but I happen to like the location of the Canopy best.

We were here celebrating my Dad’s 80th birthday. The shuttle driver Bob was wonderful. Dropped us off and picked us up very timely and congenial. The valet staff were also wonderful and friendly. Great stay overall.

The location is perfect right in downtown WPB and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. It made everything super convenient without needing to drive. The hotel has a modern, clean, and stylish vibe. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was excellent, and everything felt fresh and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check in to check out. They were helpful with recommendations and made the experience feel personal. The rooftop pool and bar area were definitely a highlight great atmosphere, relaxing views, and a perfect place to unwind. Overall, this is a fantastic option whether you’re staying for business or a weekend getaway. I would absolutely stay here again.

From the second you hop in his golf cart, you know you’re in for a five-star experience — smooth driving, elite vibes, and the kind of energy that turns a simple ride into the highlight of your day. Morning, noon, or night, all I can think about is the next time I get to cruise around with my guy Santiago. Can’t wait to hop back in the cart, crack a few beers, and run it back. If you get the chance to ride with him, do it — your life will be better for it.

Our room wasn’t ready, but he put in a request to try to get the room ready as soon as possible, had a great attitude, positive smile, and gave us a very uplifting vibe. He answered all of our questions with ease and again, delivered everything with a smile. Wish there was more people like him in the hotel industry. He really does care about the patrons who stay here.
