While the hotel features a 1940s or 50s aesthetic, the rooms have been updated and are exceptionally clean. Although the bathroom was quite small, our room overall was comfortable and enjoyable. My complaint concerns the small and very worn towels, the faded sheets, and the awful, ancient pillows. If they renovate, they will improve the comfort of the guests. The central garden, featuring a pool, offers secluded areas, umbrellas, a large chess set, fountains, and sculptures that create a romantic atmosphere. The breakfast is varied, the coffee is particularly good, but the fruit selection could be improved. In conclusion, I recommend it and ask the company to upgrade all the linens for the comfort of the guests.

The room itself was comfortable you have what you need, comes with breakfast where you can sit outside which is always a treat. Staff friendly and helpful very easy area supermarket walkable. Look forward to going back.

- CACasey ArmbristerOct 31, 20252.0We stayed in room # 152 and unfortunately our stay was not pleasant as we didn't have hot water throughout the whole night until just 2 hours prior to needing to check out. Very uncomfortable sleep since we couldn't shower the night of checking in. Also the tub faucet had a continuous run of dripping water all through the night and hearing that while trying to sleep was very annoying. The shower knob to turn the water on and off was very very very hard to turn as it felt like you almost had to break it for it to budge. The covering was almost falling and we noticed no batteries were in the smoke detector which is a NEC code violation and there was hair still in the tub and floating up when the water was turned on. The maintenance guy came in late that morning and fixed the hot water issue but 2 hours prior to needing to check out and nothing was done or given for the inconvenience. On the plus side only the breakfast was good.
