The pool furniture is a bit worn, torn and frayed. Update: Had to say 4 times and 3 tries to unplug the toilet. We had to use public restrooms. The toilet was plugged upon our departure.

It is a nice relaxing area with a heated pool. Astrid is very helpful and considerate and Ron at the desk was very gracious and professional. Thank you!

The hotel is close to the airport and there's a ton of places to shop. Most front desk staff is nice. Cons: First, I received a call as soon as my flight landed regarding an issue with my room. It wasn't a big deal but while I had the agent on the phone, I asked if I could check in early and she said I could. When I got to the hotel, I was told there was an extra fee to check in early which wasn't told to me over the phone. Second, the bathrooms are not cleaned well. I had to buy my own cleaning products to make it feel sanitary. Third, the cleaning/maintenance staff is loud. The door rooms aren't very thick so you can hear everything going on outside; however, the staff makes this issue worse than it has to be. I could hear housecleaning carts and yelling as early as 7am. I couldn't rest well at all. I'm super disappointed after having such a good experience a couple years ago.
