  Need to tell house keeping to clean the room, if you dont your stuck with dirty towels and dirt room.

  Hotel management was very rude to me at breakfast. They questioned me as though I was a vagrant who walked in off the streets, looking for a free breakfast. I can only assume this was due to some strange body movements I occasionally experience due to disabilities I have. When I became visibly upset and was crying, hotel management threatened to call the police to "explain things" to me, then told me to take my breakfast to my room. I called corporate and complained immediately, and the case remains open, as the hotel was told to contact me directly, and continue to report to corporate that they've done so, despite having made not so much as one attempt. I've never been treated so disgustingly in my entire life, and this place is also apparently managed by people who have no discernment to speak of, and lack the humility to apologize when they very clearly are in the wrong and someone's feelings are unnecessarily hurt.

  Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Si vas por trabajo es ideal. Tiene un solo ascensor y a veces se congestiona. El desayuno justo, podría tener frutas.

  I cannot say enough about this hotel and the staff! I stayed multiple times during the past month and the rooms were wonderful and very clean. The front desk staff is incredible, they are extremely accommodating and personable. The hotel is set back off the main road so you don't hear the noise from vehicles. The pool is in the back in a very nice serene area. The coffee is amazing and breakfast is great. The hotel is kept very clean and organized. Thank you to the wonderful staff!!!

  RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!! FATIMA at the front desk was very rude and insulting when trying to solve an issue with a reservation. She hung up on me THREE times and refused to let me speak with the manager who she claimed is named GORDON. I have never been treated as such and rest assured this has been filed with CORPORATE!!! UNBELIEVABLE Response to manager Fatima was RUDE and disrespectful PERIOD. Talking over and raising her voice at a customer is unacceptable. She informed me as well as guest relations that YOU declined to waive the cancelation fee. I understood that part which is policy but when I called back to verify the cancelation she refused to do it so guest relations were the ones that actually did it. Plus my card was still charged. Either way, do better. Fatima will be the downfall of your hotel if she continues to treat guests this way.
