The one thing that kills a room for me is water dripping out of the shower. This shower, the best, all kinds of pressure. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The price is unbeatable.

We stayed here end of October to November 1 for two nights to celebrate my mother in law's birthday. We brought along our mini dachshund, which is 17 years old and 11 pounds, since they allowed dogs for $30 a night. Our stay was very nice. They provided a ground floor that we requested. The room was perfectly set up. Great space and room layout. The breakfast buffet was really nice and the lobby sitting area was a great space for breakfast as well. We checked out on November 1 and made sure we had no extra charges. We left the room clean and left nothing behind. To our surprise we were just charged $100.80 almost two months later on our AMEX for no apparent reason. We called the hotel and the clerk we spoke to apologized and said she would speak to her manager when he got in and have him call back. He did and also apologized and said it was a mistake and he would make sure it was taken care of. Surprise! The charge went through and we were only refunded $67.00. Why would they withhold $33.00? The room was paid for. The $60 pet fee was paid for at check in. And they did report any damage. We most likely will not stay here again.
