When I asked about it in the morning Zee at the front desk was not helpful and said management would get back to me. Waited a week for a manager to reach out & left a one star review on the survey they sent me. Management replied to the survey saying this would be a “coaching moment” for staff going forward. I asked for a discount on the two rooms not a coaching moment. This hotel is too expensive for what you get & difficult to find. Looking at other review sites, it also seems they have hidden fees and are scamming people. Do not recommend.

There's absolutely no hot water in the shower. The shower valve needs adjusted. Shouldn't the cleaning People have noticed that when they were trying to clean the shower with only cold water?
- DRD RDec 24, 20255.0I flew in to see my son and maternal grandmother that he is taking care of as she's 95 years old. Zee ar the front desk was very friendly and funny. I love the fresh brewed coffee machine and breakfast items.
