  could use a few walkable stores , wawa ,7 eleven , but otherwise close to everywhere we wanted to go .

  To be honest, this location was amazing. See I traveled here with my mom, grandma, and I. Room service and the front desk helped out a lot, also they're super friendly to my sister. The breakfast is GREAT!! Staff are also really friendly and talkative at breakfast, it's awesome. The rooms were just what we needed for our stay. Overall, my stay was great and I'd come here again :)

  Although the hotel itself seemed nice, the incident with the front desk left a very bad impression. My daughter had a volleyball tournament in Wesley Chapel on Saturday, January 31st and Sunday, February 1st. Even though we are from Clearwater, we decided to stay overnight because the tournament ran from 2:45 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. We arrived at the hotel around 2:30 p.m. and approached the front desk to ask if it was possible to check in 30 minutes early, or at least leave our luggage, since we needed to head straight to her first game. The young man who assisted us did not have a name tag (young, short in height, with what sounded like a Hindu/Indian accent) told us absolutely not, in a very ironic and rude manner, and said we should just leave and come back later that night, assuring us the room would not be rented to anyone else. The temperature was 37 degrees, and we were simply trying to leave our bags and head out calmly. Because of his attitude, we decided to wait in the lobby. We sat there patiently for 30 minutes, knowing that my daughter was already missing part of her first match—the very reason we booked a hotel close to the tournament venue. At 3:00 p.m., we approached the front desk again, and this time a woman with darker skin and short hair, also without a name tag, assisted us. She told us she had seen us sitting there and that the room had been ready for quite some time, and that we could have checked in 30 minutes earlier without any issue. We were not asking for 3 hours early—just 30 minutes. The first agent made no effort to help, did not radio or check if the room was ready, and treated us in a very unprofessional manner. As a result, my daughter arrived late to her game. For this reason, I am leaving one star, because the service I received from this employee does not even deserve one. Terrible customer service.
