Upon arrival I was asked for the credit card used, however I booked with my apple pay. This hotel DOES NOT ACCEPT Apple Pay, as informed by the front desk clerk Jesus. He informed me that they are sold out (as most hotels in the are due to the tournament) and either I could pay in cash or cancel and rebook and pay in full - however that wouldve been impossible because there was NO VACANCY (not sure why it was even suggested). I asked to speak to a supervisor for further assistance since he basically said take it or leave it and assured me that the supervisor will not be of any help. Another guest overheard our conversation and quickly suggested to go on the booking app and pay through there. I paid it in full and the issue was resolved immediately thanks to a stranger. This message is for management, train your employees to be solution oriented not dismissive. This solution shouldve been suggested from the beginning, it couldve saved a lot of frustration and this bad review. Do better guys.
