  I’m currently staying here and have had a very concerning experience. Children have been kicking soccer balls into the designated smoking area for hours, hitting guests (one hit my already injured foot). There are unsupervised kids climbing structures in common areas at night, which is a safety risk. A large group of adults has been loud and disruptive well past 11 PM, making it impossible to rest. I chose this hotel expecting a safe and comfortable stay. This has been the opposite. I would like management to address this immediately and discuss a refund or compensation. Id give zero stars had it have been an option. The staff is doing nothing to keep this place enjoyable or comfortable or safe for everyone.

  Housekeeping stole a pair of my Vuori gym shorts and lulu lemon pants out of bathroom. I was told by GM that she knew who cleaned my room but couldn’t reach them. Unbelievable because I was back less than 2 hours after checking out and realizing I forgot them and they were already gone. EDIT: They did nothing about it… don’t stay here and if you do, don’t trust the staff….

  At our first time visiting Staybridge Suites in Vero Beach, we were pleasantly surprised by the extra miles that we experienced for our comfort! The employees are wonderfully helpful, and the rooms were not only well-equipped (even pillow’s embroidered with “soft” & “firm” in the VERY comfortable beds), but the included breakfast was beyond above average!! Everything was clean & fresh with a variety of food to satisfy everyone! WOW!! We’ve traveled a lot, but have not experienced such a lovely breakfast with a GREAT team (Tim, Jenn, Miss P to name the few whom we met…) Wonderful employees, nicely equipped, comfortable rooms, and a fantastic breakfast… also a good-sized pool outside with comfortable seating in the sun or shade…even fire pits for evenings. We LOVED our 2-night stay with friends!

  Great stay, made exceptional by the breakfast attendant, Mr. Tim. I stayed at this hotel for a wedding in Vero Beach from November 20–25, 2025, and the experience overall matched what I expected from a solid 3‑star hotel. The 4.6‑star Google rating is very accurate for the overall property. The reason I’m giving five stars is because of the Breakfast Attendant, Mr. Tim. He genuinely elevated our stay and made the whole breakfast experience feel like it belonged in a higher‑end hotel. Tim gave truly 5‑star service. He was everywhere he needed to be—cleaning tables immediately, keeping every food tray full, and doing it all with a calm, friendly presence that never felt intrusive. When he came by to clear plates, it felt like a real human interaction, not just a task. You could tell he enjoys what he does. My girlfriend ordered egg whites from the optional chalkboard menu, and they served a full plate of them—way more than expected, in a good way. Tim also kept one of the TVs on soccer instead of constant news, which made the atmosphere much nicer in the mornings. We thanked him for how much he improved the space, and we ended up talking briefly about soccer and his service background. He mentioned he has been in the waiting industry for many years and even took a moment to praise the kitchen staff—especially the female chef—saying they’re the ones who really make breakfast shine. That kind of humility and teamwork is rare. Because of employees like Tim, I would absolutely stay here again.
