    this place was perfect for us. 10 min from downtown and 15 min from beach. service was incredible and room was everything we want, super clean and accommodating and spacious

    The reason for my stay wasn’t regular tourism. It was for medical issues and appointments in Cleveland Clinic. This place contributed to make this trip a better one. The personnel’s commitment to service, and empathy is remarkable. The location is great. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool area, is good with a lay out design for confort. In summary, incredible experience that made us feel great. I have to come back for the reason stated above, and here is where I’m staying again.     I would not recommend here if you want to sleep well. The a/c unit was horrible sounded like a plane taking off and landing every time it came on and off. No sleep won’t be back. Smell like vape in hallways and smell got in our room thru vents disgusting I don’t want to smell toxins while I sleep. Bathroom set up was odd and small stayed in a 2 queen rm but seemed cleaned. my son tried to sleep on the pullout sofa but it was awful mattress was really thin old and uncomfortable. Stains on the ottomans. Overall hotel needs some updates but outside sitting and pool was the best thing there. Not worth the money.

    Good location with plenty of parking. Safe area well lit with security diligently patrolling all areas inside and out. Very pleasant staff on all levels from front desk, Grettell , Rose,Jen, Conrad..breakfast buffet food service and maintenance. Very comfortable bedding and spacious rooms. Free washers/Dryers to do your laundry at anytime. Social hours during weeknights with food and drinks 🍺 🥤. Quiet and peaceful, respectful guests. Good tv channels. Walking distance next door to Walmart, Publix ,Applebee's,DD, Bambu, Tropical smoothie Cafe,Sam's, CVS, etc... WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN AND AGAIN !!!.
