  We are snowbirds from NJ, have booked a three week trip in Florida, and only staying in Home2. This is our second stop, I just can’t say enough good things about this place: new, modern, clean, peaceful, with all the nice, friendly and pleasant staff members 👍. It’s very quiet place even on the weekend. Thanks for the pleasant staying .

  WOW! This place has got it all together! Clean, clean, clean! And the breakfast offerings were exceptional! We were traveling on our way home from the Orange Bowl & luckily found this Hilton property available!

  We love Home2 Suites for their family rooms. When we arrived, check-in was completed in just two minutes. However, once we got to our room, the air conditioning was making a huge noise. I called the front desk, and the staff member could hear the loud noise over the phone; he immediately told me to come back down so he could give us another room right away. Excellent and fast service. The room was clean, and the pool was beautiful. The outdoor BBQ area and tables were very convenient. There is also a gym and laundry facilities for guests ($2 for the washer and $2 for the dryer). Check-out was also done in two minutes. The location is far from the beach but close to shops, grocery stores, and highways."

  My husband and I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The water pressure was so low that we could not take a decent shower. The room also had crumbs and what appeared to be a dried up dog turd on the floor. Within an hour of being in the room, we called the front desk and complained. The front desk clerk Patience refused to offer any solutions, laughed at the situation, and hung up the phone. Since they refused to give us a refund, we stayed. Early the next morning as we were departing, we called the manager Hector Mejia and he refused to issue or approve a refund and told us to “do what we needed to do” and hung up on us. I think my husband and I were given an inferior room and treated poorly because we are black. There are several major hotels in the vicinity of this hotel and I wish we had chose one of the other ones. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!

  I have had the pleasure of staying here on multiple business related trips now, one for 2.5 weeks and one for just 3 nights. This hotel lives up to its name, it's home away from home. Every single member of the staff has been respectful, personable, helpful, proactive, etc. Everything you could hope for. Shout-out to the entire crew, you all made my stays perfect. Looking forward to seeing you all the next time. The rooms are awesome. Extremely clean, modern, in great shape. Stocked with everything you need, plates, silverware, cooking utensils, etc. Full size fridge and freezer. Cooktop available on request. Even salt and pepper in room. Rooms are very spacious, plenty of desk/counter top to work on, storage for clothes, etc. My personal favorite feature are the TVs, as they make it extremely easy for you to plug in your own device (laptop, appletv, firestick etc) and change the input/source from the remote. Too many hotels lock their TVs down and don't allow for this, or take a lot of fidgeting to make it work. Outlets available all over the room, USB ports, etc. Bed is beyond comfy, pillows are perfect. Couch has pull out bed if needed. Bathroom stocked with everything you need as well, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion. Breakfast was just fine, though I only had cereal a couple times. Breakfast sandwiches, waffles, juices, etc all available. Location is convenient, right off 95, plenty of gas stations and fast food around, and within walking distance. Traffic was never that bad, and other restaurants, retail, etc all easy to get to. The two EV chargers on site were not working during my stays, but this is not the fault of the hotel. Wawa is directly across the street and has working chargers of all EV types (Tesla, CCS, and Chademo), and I never had to wait to charge in the 7 or 8 times I charged during my stays. Overall, there just isn't anything to complain about. I can't fathom how a single negative review could be left for this particular Home2. I am extremely hotel picky, and typically pay up when staying away from home to enjoy my trip, whether it's business or pleasure. I didn't need to dish out much here to have an awesome experience, plenty of room, and everything I needed to make it a great couple of stays. I have a few more upcoming jobs in Vero over the next couple months, and this Home2 will definitely continue to be my home away from home.
