- TGTravis GibsonDec 30, 20251.0OVER CHARGED MY CC more than $9,000.00!!! Thats not a typo! OVER $9,000.00!! I had four rooms booked for two weeks with a couple more interspersed throughout our stay. Long story short when I got home I reviewed the invoices and they overcharged me by more than $9k. When I called to speak with the manager he was conveniently "out of the office" for a couple days. When I finally got in touch with him he told me to send him all the invoices and he would get it straightened out the following day. That didn't happen. I gave it four more business days and still no response. When I called to speak with him the front desk said he was on vacation for 2 weeks. Again, convenient. The front desk help was a complete disaster with the exception of one gal who seemed to know what was going on. They couldn't keep track of which rooms we were in and were constantly trying to check my employees out of their rooms. The manager even tried to accuse one of my employees of smoking mamajuana in his room...except that employee had checked out the day before. Breakfast was "not good" to say the least and as many people have already mentioned, the "air freshener" they used was God awful. If I ever have to go back to VB and this was the only place left to stay, I'd sleep in my car. Complete train wreck.

I thought hotels knew better. I stay at IHG / express all the time, for years, snd never had one spray this kind of horrible odorizer around. Very disappointed and will now have to ask prior to booking.

Everything was very clean and well organized, which made the experience comfortable from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was fantastic, with great options and everything fresh. I also loved that they use Dove brand products—such a nice detail that shows quality and care. Whenever I travel with my husband, we always choose to stay at Holiday Inn hotels because we trust the service, comfort, and cleanliness, and this location near Vero Beach definitely met our expectations. Highly recommended—we would absolutely stay here again!
