  I really like hampton inns and the vero beach area but the hotel was slightly disappointing. I would like to say, however, that the management and front desk was very kind, helpful and accommodating. But the rooms did not match. The beds were clean but the room was extremely dated. The floor of the bathroom was very dirty and it seemed in need for some improvement. Looks like they are doing renovations so i hope to come back and wish the best for the future of the hotel.

  We had the BEST experience here. Everyone was so incredibly friendly. The staff seemed to genuinely enjoy being there. I've stayed at a lot of places and this was hands down the best ever.

  We had an amazing one night stay. The hotel staff is so polite and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and sumptuous. Would love to come back.

  Good Sunday Morning from my first floor, clean, and very comfy room. Since checking in last night every encounter with the hotel staff has been pleasant. Marison has brewed up some very tasty coffee this am, and everything looked so good on the breakfast bar it was hard to make a choice. It is clean and she personally greets you with a smile to start the day. This location, price, and rooms make it a great option when needing to rest your head for the night. No complaints at all. I will be back.

  I would like to take a moment to recognize Ms. Sabrina and Ms. Diane at the front desk for their outstanding service. We met Diane during check-in and Sabrina at check-out, and from the moment we arrived until the time we left, both were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They went out of their way to make our family feel comfortable, even giving our kids small toys to help them feel at home, which was such a thoughtful touch. They were also very helpful in assisting me with parking my van. Their kindness and professionalism truly made a difference and made my stay much better than usual. Thank you so much, Ms. Sabrina and Ms. Diane—you are both amazing. The hotel itself is very nice, but one of the highlights of our stay was definitely the breakfast. Sharon, who runs the breakfast area, does an exceptional job. Everything was clean, well-organized, and offered great food choices—far above what you typically find at most hotel breakfasts. On top of that, she is incredibly friendly and welcoming to guests, which made the experience even better. Thank you, Sharon. I hope you see this and know how much your hard work is appreciated.
