I don’t do many reviews but this one is because Sharon who provides the breakfast service 2 days a week stood out. She goes way beyond to make sure you are comfortable and happy with your time at breakfast. I travel quite a bit and my few stays just before this one, you were lucky to be able to get a fork to eat with. There’s no way this is happening here. Sharon has you covered! Thanks Sharon for making my morning!

The Hotel is very nice, but my favorite experience
Was the breakfast. The lady running this, Sharon,
Does such a superb job. Clean, orderly, great choices, just head and shoulders above most hotel breakfast sites. She is also very nice and friendly to the guest. Thank you Sharon, hope you see this.

Our stay was for 2 nights. We were only able to enjoy the breakfast on Sunday morning. Sharon was working the area, and went above and beyond, and was very kind and helpful. To my family, and others. The rooms are spacious, but the ac was okay. The doors tend to slam shut, so you hear when others are coming and going.

Overall good experience -
Cons: wish there had been microwaves in the room - thought all Hampton Inns had them. And the HVAC was noisy when on heat, & very difficult to adjust. Lots of times TV reception was poor. Also they said they were going to come into your room to measure the drapes whether you had the do not disturb sign on or not. Seems very strange – aren’t all the windows a standard size? And if so or not, couldn’t they just take one or more sets of drapes down when cleaning the rooms? That seemed very inconvenient/disrespectful (there were holes in the drapes in my room & they also didn’t keep the room dark enough - so I’m glad they are changing them out!)
Shout out to some people:
Front desk clerk Sabrina was very friendly & helpful in every way. Likewise Sharon from breakfast was the sunniest & most helpful person at that job I’ve ever met! The male night front desk clerk - not sure of his name - was also friendly and helpful.
Other pros: The location is great as long as you’re not looking for a beachside or tropical location: it’s right beside what looks like a new upscale outlet mall, and the rates are much better than the Hampton Inn in downtown Vero Beach, and it’s also handier to some scenic natural spots.

Hope this visit isn't the norm, arrival day the front desk mentioned construction was ongoing but didn't know which rooms or floors and would continue on the weekend. Attempted to avoid some of the noise, room selected had a very wet front entry and bathroom floor, tried calling from room but phone didn't work. Went down to desk and they were unable to say which floors, rooms, or time frames to avoid noise, switched to another room. Next morning heard and saw hallway construction when we left, were still there in the aft when we returned, Room wasn't serviced on the second day. Attempts to make it right were ineffective.
