Every single staff member goes out of their way to accommodate and problem solve, starting with Ashley at the front desk who make an immediate positive impact on our experience. The location of the hotel is convenient, it’s right off of the highway and there are good food options nearby. It’s a 10 minute drive to downtown Venice and the beach. The hotel itself is very nice with large rooms, many of them with new renovations. The pool is also very nice as is the breakfast. The ambience is also very nice…. But as I previously mentioned, the star here is the staff. I just can’t say enough good things about everyone.
- KTKelsi TrujilloJan 2, 20261.0Don't book here what I thought was going to be a good experience judging by the reviews turned out to be a nightmare when we checked in within 5 minutes there was a roach crawling on the wall my boyfriend went to smash it and a bunch more come coming from where the carpet meets the wall by the fridge they tried to move us 2 times and we checked by the fridge where we saw them and sure enough they had alive and dead roaches by the fridges thankfully it happened right when we got there and judging by diving deep into the reviews they got bed bugs to book the fairfeild have had a wonderful stay here idk how they have the reviews they have cause ain't no way everyone just staying with roaches n loving it if I could figure out how to post pictures i would check by the fridges if u book and don't believe book somewhere else especially if you have kiddos!
