  They gave me a room with someone else already asleep in it - that guy was not happy. Then they gave me a room with some NASTY boogers in the sheets. Not safe, and not clean either.

  I stayed here for business and my mother was with me. She said check in went smooth (she checked in before me) and that everyone was really nice. The whole stay everyone was so nice. Is it the brand or the town? Regardless, Kate and our server one night, Destiny, were great and at the end of the trip I had to extend for about a day and Megan at the front desk was extremely helpful in making that happen. Was so much easier doing that at the front desk than online. Breakfast was pretty good and better than most Holiday Inn Express’ that I’ve been to. Also all the wait staff at breakfast were amazing and extremely cheerful as well. Loved staying here and will definitely choose this hotel again when staying in Titusville in the future.

  Solid 4 stars. Great location, absolutely loved the front desk lady, I wish I got her name she deserves a raise. The room is decent , small TV and crack in the ceiling but will absolutely stay here again

  We stayed here before a cruise out of Port Canaveral the next day and couldn't be happier with the experience. Devin and her co-workers at the desk are hospitality rock stars, from what to do, where to find a car wash, to where a good local waterfront restaurant can be found; they have the answers! Room was immaculate, comfortable, and quiet. We didn't use the pool or exercise facility, but they looked well maintained. Check in and check out were a breeze, and the parking areas were clean and well-lit. It's a short 30 minute drive to the port from here, and I highly recommend other cruisers consider this location when staying over the night before a trip.

  We love this hotel! The staff are super friendly, Devon checked us in super fast upon arrival and she was an absolute delight. The room was extremely clean. The bar and grill in lobby has great food as well, which is awesome to get checked in after a long drive and not have to leave the property in sesrch of food. This is our go to hotel when catching a carnival ship. We have stayed here many times and we will be back.
