  Worst hotel stay….. key card did not work had to keep calling to be let in room. No hot water so cold showers it was….. neighbors were extremely loud until very late and started again at 430am…. Bed and pillows were horrible….. never again

  Dirty floor, 2 towels, and almost no toilet paper and no extra roll. The breakfast room is absurdly small and door is obscure so I got hit by someone leaving as I reached for handle.

  Room furniture and style is slight dated. For my liking the bed was a little to firm. Room was clean but may have been over deodorized based on the smell . Breakfast was included and had a variety of items to feed every palate. Pool and patio is awesome. What a great way to spend the afternoon after returning from a beach. I still prefer a pool over fresh water. Plenty of space to walk around the property as their are four buildings. My room was in the building behind the check in and out office.

  Very disappointed with my stay at Best Western – Titusville. The property is very large but poorly maintained and dirty throughout. Most ice machines were not working, and the vending and ice areas looked neglected and unsafe.and very dirty. The main office is far from many rooms, which became a constant problem because the magnetic key cards frequently stopped working. Each time, I had to walk all the way back to the office to get them reprogrammed. The room itself smelled bad, several furniture pieces were damaged, and the AC unit was extremely loud, like an airplane engine. It even shut off unexpectedly. The replacement unit was just as noisy and had an even worse smell. I don’t know who audited, inspected and pass this property, but it clearly does not meet expected brand standards. Overall, it feels like a rundown independent motel rather than a Best Western.

  We stayed here for one night as a family of four, including two small children, before heading to Port Canaveral for a cruise the next morning. Honestly, I’m not sure why this place receives negative reviews; we had a very positive experience. It offers great value for the price, including a decent hot breakfast (though they mentioned the menu may change next month). If you’re expecting the Ritz-Carlton, you’ll be disappointed. However, if you're looking for an upgraded motel Inn experience that is clean and comfortable with a good breakfast, this is exactly that. We would definitely stay here again rather than paying double or triple the price for a pricey hotel.
