  Clean suite rooms and included breakfast bar . Very friendly and competent staff even during a super busy weekend where they were fully booked

  The Staybridge on N. Falkenburg Dr. in Tampa was OK. The people working there were nice but really don't offer much in the way of service and it takes a long time to get anyone to actually ask you if you need anything. The furniture in the lobby was disgusting and needs to be cleaned and/or replaced. The room that we stayed in was clean but needs some work, especially in the shower, the basin was cracked and there was some rotting around the base. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. The breakfast was OK if you were eating bagels and toast....any meat offered was cold and too undercooked to eat, the eggs were the same. The pool was refreshing but the sitting area around the pool needs new furniture, they need loungers so you can actually relax and spend some time by the pool. Our stay was OK for what we needed it for but I don't think I'd stay here again, we'll stick with our favorite for hotels with 1 bedroom suites, Homewood Suites.

  I am a single mother of four boys who fell in a hardship and lost my place. I stayed at this location since 11 April and checked out on 15 April. During my stay, I encountered the general manager by the name of Shacara Sneed who was rude and just had no type of compassion or sympathy. She had me check out of a room to come down, waiting in the lobby with all my items and my children to check back into a room when her overnight guest agent had me set up to where I could just stay in the same room and I would not need to come out at all. Itsel is great, she should probably be the general manager. She help me since my first night of stay. Her manager found out and told her she can no longer touch my reservation. Then, on the day of my checkout, I overslept and the girl who came from the front desk was very rude. She told me I could not have my deadbolt on my door and that they were concerned about me mind you I had to check out at 1 o’clock I work overnight so I got off at 7 AM. It was nothing that I purposely tried to do, but as she was at my door and as she was speaking to me, it was very very unprofessional…. now for someone who works front desk in a very high-end hotel. I know that sometimes people are going through things and you just cannot control what people are going through and sometimes if you can help someone just as small as a little thing of waving a deposit or making a rate 10 or $20 cheaper You try to do it to make that person happy but for these girls that were down here in the dayshift, they were very rude very unprofessionally. They treated me as if I was a number and not a guest who was in need and needed a safe place to stay with my children.

  Had termites in our first room and bedbugs in our second room. They’re now trying to tell us that we didnt actually see what we saw even though I showed them a photo of said bed bug
