  The work staff is extremely loud during the days, allowing for little to no rest for those who work nights or are trying to sleep during the day. Whether it’s slamming doors or yelling and singing to each other, there is little consideration for guests during the six hours it takes them to clean and vacuum the entire floor. The doors have a distinct gap under them, so the noise travels directly into each room.

  My stay at the Holiday Inn Tampa Westshore Airport Area was a decent but ultimately underwhelming experience for the price. I chose this property for its location and brand recognition, but came away feeling that the value did not quite match what I paid. To give credit where it is due — the staff was a genuine bright spot. From check-in to checkout, the team was friendly, professional, and attentive. When I needed assistance, my requests were handled promptly and with a good attitude. It is clear that the people working here care about guest service, and that went a long way. That said, the cleanliness of the property was where things fell short and where my expectations were not met. The room had a lived-in feel that suggested cleaning was more surface-level than thorough. The bathroom had soap scum buildup along the edges of the tub that should have been scrubbed out before my arrival. The toilet base and floor around it showed signs of neglect, and the bathroom mirror had streaks that made it obvious a proper wipe-down had not happened recently. In the room itself, I noticed dust along the top of the headboard and around the base of the TV. The carpet had a couple of noticeable stains near the foot of the bed. The air conditioning unit had a faint musty smell when first turned on — which suggests the filter may be overdue for a change. These are not catastrophic issues, but for a Holiday Inn at these rates, they are things that should simply not be present. The bed was comfortable and I slept decently well. The room was a reasonable size and had the standard amenities you would expect. The pool area looked nice, though I did not use it. The bar and restaurant on site were convenient for a quick meal. Location is genuinely good — easy access to the airport, close to Westshore shopping and dining, and the surrounding area has plenty of options. That part of the stay delivered. Overall, this is a three-star experience masquerading as a four-star price tag. Fix the housekeeping consistency and this would be a much easier recommendation.

  Stayed at Holiday Inn Tampa Westshore and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing experience. The room felt much more dated than what was shown in the photos. The biggest issue was that we had no hot water for our entire 3-day stay. Maintenance came by but didn’t actually fix anything, so the problem was never resolved. On top of that, the stay was extremely overpriced - we paid close to $300 a night, which definitely did not match the quality or experience. Overall, not the level of comfort or service we were expecting.

  Beautiful hitel near the airport. They offer a free of change shuttle nor only from the airport to the hotel but also to some important places in town. I stayed in a double room and it was great. Not a very nice view, but very spacious and comfortable. The beds were amazing, so were the pillows. There was a huge TV, a coffee machine, a desk, a small fridge, and very practical, spacious, drawers and wardrobe where to place your personal belongings. The bathroom is big, with a lavatory outside of it so that one person can have a shower while the other one can brush his teeth in a different spot without any trouble. There's soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The service is excellent both, at the front desk and the restaurant/cafeteria/bar. The menu is very complete, having vegetarian options, too. There is a nice lounge where you can sit and relax, with toilets and a cash point near it. The wifi works very well and it's easy to connect.

  I just cleaned my purse and found the business card to this hotel.I stayed at it was actually in October its now April 🤭. I took a carnival cruise and needed a hotel last minute once I returned from my trip I stumbled upon this hotel from Google. I reserved it which I am a loyalty member and I was greeted by quite a few fantastic amazing workers before I get to them. I want to talk about how beautiful and clean this hotel was the reception area was nice. I did not eat at the restaurant however it did look beautiful. The room was nice and big and amazing. I did utilize the laundry service. I did like that. You have to have a key card in order to enter and it was fairly reasonable price to use the washing machine and dryers. I did take the shuttle van down to the mall area, which was pretty amazing. It took about 23 minutes it was very quick. I will be returning in the future. I would like to give a huge thank you too Elias,Lisa,Arianna & Joanna. You guys rock thank you so much sorry i can’t remember the shuttle driver name. Also thank you for the early check in. And i Loved the pool & hot tub.
